I love the map layout and the ease in which the tool can be modified and adaped for a specific use.

When leaving cell coverage the app loses the maps leaving you somewhat "blind" without the map overlay.

Workflow amangement is easily visualized with the tool.

My use with Fulcrum has only been good. I exclusivly use Fulcrum now as it has replaced our old method of working. Being able to adapt and create Fulcrum forms specific to the work required is exactly what our company/team needed.

Customer support is excellent and they often help with arranging updates for the product.

Having all the data stored online is perfect for collabarotive working.

Not being able to create spreadsheet style forms for data collection (of arrays).

Being able to record data efficiently as well as storing it online for collaborative working. It has also reduced the waste created from paper forms.

Everything works good for me so I would say there isn't nothing I dislike about fulcrum

I can't imagine an easier way to capture. Required text and photos in a form.

I cannot think of anything I dislike about Fulcrum. We have a great administrator on our team who can easily make changes we need to make the tool run better.

Our team captures field data for residential and commercial solar installations. When I first entered solar in 2015, there was nothing like Fulcrum at our disposal. After spending several years in telecom, I was able to see the value of Fulcrum and brought it over to solar at a company that I joined in 2021.

I would say the GIS integration and data organization is the best aspect of Fulcrum. As a department that was going from paper and pencil to this, it has been a tremendous process improvement and has allowed us to be so much more efficient with our time.

None at this time. Fulcrum has been very responsive to any questions or concerns we've ever had.

Ability to track septic system locations in our county and provide inspection reports to external customers. Prior to this , none of that was being done.

Extracting reports from data collected by my collaborators in order to produce graphs and indicators.

I ask my employees to extract the daily report in PDF and send it to me via PDF and the photos are all grouped together without separating the activity carried out.

Easy to develop a form to collect data, lots of options that allow you to include different ways to collect data but also link information, location, and images. Use in mobile format that still works when you don't have a signal. Also ability to generate reports on the spot and share. Support changed my report so if data field was empty it didn't show on the report. Awesome product.

The format of downloaded data took some work to make it useable .

Customizable form that you can use remotely and data flows to central location for analysis.

The ability to design your own company report without any external assistance.

When update are done it breaks some previous features.

The back-end app customization functionality is exceptionally flexible to accommodate a wide range of data capture needs.

The report generating functionality is clunky at times, and it can be difficult to find the exact data point that needs a report.

Collecting all of the needed data in a geo-referenced manner while applying critical data controls as that data go in.

Drop downs are simple and understood tasks. It is set up to where you cannot do it wrong or incorrect.

Sometimes there is too much data or too many options that weigh down the system and there is lag time with updates. Less is more in some cases.
