The UI is amazingly easy to use on both the web and the app. The controls to mute participants and record calls are simple and straightforward. The system rarely fails to allow users to connect and there are no delays or lags when multiple people speak at the same time. They support calling from multiple countries across varied time zones making the need for support very minimal and built in email/notification facility allows for seamless integration for sending reminders and invites.

So far, we haven’t come across anything, and none of the participants have reported any issues.
