Quick and easy to use.

Outstanding Technology!

What do you like best about FourKites?

The Dynamic Yard Plus features make managing my yard and team a time saver for someone that does not have spare time! Life saver to me!

What do you dislike about FourKites?

Nothing, it is extraordinary and top shelf service to boot!

What problems is FourKites solving and how is that benefiting you?

Incorrect data input by team members, it helps to coach the team when error entries are found that make the system faulty only due to false data entries.

Great for tracking to verify times, length @ receivers, and where the truck is located at all times.

What do you like best about FourKites?

Wish there was a way to include Reefer trailers that have a temperature reading of the trailer. similiar to tracking the position and the temperature at all times.

What do you dislike about FourKites?

I dislike that it can be manually changed, meaning carriers can go in and change times around and there is no good way to know what was changed.

Verifying position or loads and length of detention at receivers.

The quick access to data and the ability to filter the data at the customer/receiver level

There are opportunities where tracking data is lost or not updated for various reasons. Form a user standpoint it is hard to know that what I am viewing is now no longer accurate because of changes that occurred with the load,

Ease of tracking and user friendly interface for both the driver and brokers who use it. Provides useful information for the deployer and user as well.

What do you dislike about FourKites?

Accurately provides an ETA to delivery as per driver's movement.

Ease of multi platform integration.

What problems is FourKites solving and how is that benefiting you?

Does not have an integrated way to keep track of temperature of the product being transported. Would have been better to get updates on temperature too on critical products.

Great took for live tracking of your goods

What do you like best about FourKites?

This is a great tool in first place which gives the live tracking and estimates the arrival based on current globcal situation. from my past experience of 6months using this tool, i can say its accuracy is 95% while tracking the shipments which is outstanding in the current global issues we are in

What do you dislike about FourKites?

I like to have more insights based on user requirements like if the customer is receiving the material from same vendor again and again it should give him the details on his dashbaord without him checking

I am a production and material planner, fourkites helps me to estimate the availability of RM for my production and deliverables to my customer.

What do you like best about FourKites?

FourKites Customer Success team is very responsive, technical support is quick to respond and resolve issues and overall FourKites is dedicated to helping improve carrier compliance and to trouble-shooting issues with carriers. The FourKites team goes above and beyond to help us fully utilize their real-time visibility solution to improve service to our customers. All of our FourKites contacts are highly professional and a pleasure to work with. The user interface is easy to use and intuitive even to first-time users. Carrier onboarding is simple. The real-time visibility solution was easy to implement and carrier integration was/is simple.

What do you dislike about FourKites?

I can't speak to any downsides specific to FourKites. Their data is only as good as the carriers' data. Some carriers are difficult to get onboarded, especially for cross-border shipments. But that is not a FourKites' issue.

What problems is FourKites solving and how is that benefiting you?

FourKites is helping us step up service to our customers by eliminating back-and-forth email traffic to provide load updates to customers. They are also helping us resolve issues with carrier compliance. We are always seeing enhancements to the product making it easier and easier to use with every upgrade/enhancement. It is obvious they listen to their customers' suggestions for improvement.

What do you like best about FourKites?

Personally I like FourKites because it help automate the processes and helps track from supplier to distributor.

What do you dislike about FourKites?

I feel the thing that is hardest about fourkites is the setup. It does take a level of technical knowledge to setup and troubleshoot.

What problems is FourKites solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main thing fourkites has help us solve is the supply chain delays. This has benefited me because we can help alert customers of any delays we may have.
