What I like the most is that I have been able to improve processes within my department. The control of time, absences, etc.

Everything is useful, but I would like the help consulted on the page to be a bit more specific in some cases.

Factorial’s scheduling features have been a great addition for our business school. Their platform is intuitive and easy to use, which has greatly facilitated human resources management in our institution.

While the platform is generally user-friendly, some features could benefit from more detailed tutorials or documentation. Occasionally, we found ourselves needing to reach out to support for guidance on specific functionalities that weren’t immediately clear.

Ease of use, very intuitive user interface

The reports. They´re not very good, and not so easy to create customized ones.

The personnel management, the offering of an up to date organigram, shows hierarchy employee

- ATS and all the automation.

- Expense report is also fine.

- Not using the virtual cards, but I see the value in it and centralizing all the expenses for the company.

There are still some bugs here and there.

Factorial has been designed for businesses like mine. We manage different locations in different countries with different policies and holidays. The recruitment needs to be integrated, and shift management is mandatory for 70% of our contractors and employees. Having a fully integrated experience for all the tools was a game changer for us. It also offers enough flexibility to customize most of our requirements.

Some of the extra modules are not mature enough to bring us value. For example, the Software Module is not very useful in our case, because we need a more granular method to manage licenses, and cost.

Before having Factorial, we needed to rely in more than one tool to manage the business entirely. Factorial integrates all the features in one place, and gives us an unified view of the business.

We have been using Factorial for a year now and all I can say is that it highly improved our operations. Before Factorial we were using different tools to manage vacation, payroll, info and documents, it was still a very manual process. Now the employees have so much more independence and visibility on their information that they don't even write me as much - so I get to get more stuff done. They use it daily to check on work anniversaries, birthdays, upload and sign documents etc. The mini facebook is definetely very engaging.

I use it with my employees in the US and Brazil, and it's SO easy to change languages, adapt currencies, worklocations etc. Highly recommend for international companies.

Feature heavy product for a very good price compared to others on the market - we have a full suit of features whereas other software would only give us base modules for the same price

Cross-functionality of the modules can be better implemented - for example, variable that change in the future in contracts occurring should be able to be used in document generation for example.

All in one suite that grants a framework for effective HR Ops strategy.
