Etailinsights has a great setup to show an extentisve amount of data on prospects in the ecommerce industry.

What do you dislike about Etailinsights?

There are minimal downsides to using Etailinsights. Only ask would be to continue to expand the listing of companies to also include companies that focus on supporting the ecom industry.

What problems is Etailinsights solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Etailsights to find relevant propects by searching the data base for new companies in our target market. We also use Etailinsights to validate key contact information as well as, validate key intelligence factors important to OSM Worldwide.

Great lead gen source for ecommerce sales professionals

What do you like best about Etailinsights?

I like the custom search feature that allows you to produce results based on geography, tech capabilities, vendors, etc. This allows me to target specific spaces within the industry and/or a specific area on the map. The site is intuitive and easy to use. I use it almost daily in my role.

What do you dislike about Etailinsights?

Some of the information is outdated. I find it's most valuable when coupled with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

It's helping me discover ecommerce companies that are not well known brands or companies.

Etailinsights is an easy guide to what companies are transacting in ecommerce

What do you like best about Etailinsights?

Etailinsights gives you a ton of company data to quickly get a snapshot of an ecommerce retailer. The UI is easy to access and use.

What do you dislike about Etailinsights?

Some of the data should be considered an "indicator". For example, there are fantasic data points about how many packages an ecommerce company ships daily, but this is an estimate and should point you in the right direction as you evaluate the company.

What problems is Etailinsights solving and how is that benefiting you?

Identifying ecommerce companies. Projecting how much business the company is transacting. Identifying key contacts at the company. Scoping the backend technologies the ecommerce company is currently using.

Etailinsights gave me back so much time.

What do you like best about Etailinsights?

The most helpful thing about the software is being able to pull up accounts near you. After scheduled calls, you can just pull up the site while in your car and see if anyone is close by that you can prospect and not have to worry about whether or not they ship online.

What do you dislike about Etailinsights?

If I had to say something I disliked, it would just be the data on shipment volume. It does not seem to match up to what the customers are actually shipping.

What problems is Etailinsights solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem has been filtering through companies to find the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Using Etailinsights, over half the battle is done since they only provide companies that are in the retail ecom space. From there, you can get more granular and it gets rid of the time suck other list providers offer.

What do you like best about Etailinsights?

The UI and Team. The data and data partnerships are great, and if there are data gaps the team and solution is great at processing my research requests.

What do you dislike about Etailinsights?

I wish it was a little better at finding and tracking the accounts that more tightly align to my ICPs (upper mid market to Enterprise Grade Digital marketing programs) and would have the key contacts built out before a research request being needed.

What problems is Etailinsights solving and how is that benefiting you?

They do a great job on aggreating the business information on multiple brand sites and companies which saves me a lot of time in contract build out. I love the tool and team.
