The absolutely fantastic support. They are easy and immediate to reach and take great care in responding to queries and concerns.

First time set-up can be a bit finicky, but forms can be duplicated easily and then tweaked afterwards.

We are using ePly to keep track of registrants for an event, process transactions with an embeddable registration form.

The system is relatively simple to use once you've set up one event. It can be a little tricky at first. There are some quirks, but overall the system works well for our needs for our conferences.

Customer service. When we first signed with ePly last year, customer service was fantastic. Reps were knowledgeable and we always received prompt responses. Things now are significantly different. We've had a lot of difficulty over the last six months with getting answers and assistance with best practices. They've also changed some of their policies on things they have provided previously, like domains, but not communicated this to customers. This has resulted in our site going down and our organization losing critical business.

We needed a simple solution without a lot of bells and whistles at an affordable price to manage our conference registrations. However, the poor service sometimes outweighs the benefits.
