The ease to create and use chatbot, its very cost effective, user freindly. The customer service is upto the mark, to top onto it, their customer service and support is phenomenal even during pandemic times.

Incredibly easy to use

This is the best no code chatbot platform out there, period. It is so easy to use and delivers an amazing end product. I have not had any problems whatsoever with it. The feature that I like the most would be the drag and drop one. It is just so practical and handy.

What do you like best about Engati Chatbot Platform?

The mere fact that i can build a world class super intelligent chatbot that makes the experience very human like for my customers without having to know any programming has me sold every single time. To top onto it, their customer service and support is phenomenal even during pandemic times. The pricing is great too.

I did not really find anything as a flaw when it comes to engati. It passed all of my exepectations
