What do you like best about elv.ai?

The tool offers customization and settings so that there is no need for user intervention. If necessary, however, user moderation is possible, which is intuitive and simple. The tool meets all our requirements for managing comments both on the web and on social networks.

We haven't come across anything negative yet.

Making work easier

What do you like best about elv.ai?

We use Elv.ai primarily because they have made our life on social networks (Facebook, Instagram) easier. If we were to manage the moderation of comments ourselves, we would need at least two full-time people to do it. That's why we recommend it 100%

ai makes it simple our community management on our social media (Instagram, Facebook).

What do you like best about elv.ai?

With Elv.ai we saved a lot of time, which we can dedicate for real and engaged customers and fans on our social media sites, because we can´t spend time with spam comments, haters, rude comments. it is easy of using and implemetnation.

What do you dislike about elv.ai?

I think, that communication is clear, fast and friendly, so now we have nothing to dislike.
