What I enjoy a lot is the help they give to customers. They are super useful and nice, always there to help when I have a problem. Having an extra number for my work talks on top of the one I use daily on my phone is a big benefit. It basically means I don't have to carry two phones with me, which makes handling both my job and personal life much easier.
Yet, there are a couple of things about DialPad that I don't really like. Sometimes, my phone calls stop working for a short time. This is a big problem, especially when working with kids or their moms and dads who live far away in the country.
The main way DialPad helps me is by making my communication faster and easier. It's really handy to have one device for all my business and personal talks.
This is user friendly and so easy to navigate. I've been very impreesed with the system. My favorite feature is being able to download it onto my cell phone to make sure I never miss an important text/call. The AI Voice makes it easy to go back and reference the conversation. Such an important part of our job is staying organized and communicating with customers and Dialpad makes that part of the job a breeze.
I honestly can't think of anything I don't like! Dialpad is the best of the best.
Being able to search contacts easily and keeping things organized. The app on the phone is by far the best feature becuase I never have to worry about missing anything vitally important when I'm out of office (such as a customer cancelling an installation last minute).
I have been using Dialpad for several years as our corporate phone solution and I love using it. It is intuitive and easy to use interface. The features I use is voice calling, voicemail transcription to text, texting mobile users, call merging/conferencing, call forwarding. I have not had any problems with it so never needed support.

As a hearing impaired person, the functionality that DialPad provides (live transcripts, emails, etc.) help take away some of the issues I have with a standard phone system. Before getting DialPad, I was very hesitate to answer the phone, as I knew I would miss a great deal of what was being said, and have to have the caller repeat things constantly. Now that has all changed!

We use Dial Pad as the daily driver at my workplace. We use it multiple times a day, probablyat least 100 times , daily , each user. This is the only tool we use for our main purpose, one specific purpose. all our telephonic communication.
it's a great tool, easy and efficient. All the features are simple to use and easy to find. Transcripts and call recording are fabulous and great when needing to referance . If you miss anything you can always go back and listen to the call. also great when training new people . allows us to demonstrate real conversations. Overall a great assett to our telephonic necessities. 2 thumbs up!
Not too much I dislike. one thing that comes to mind, is when having technical problems, takes a while to get customer service. It does take a while to load. Might need some help with installation . It is kind of tricky.
User intersction is key to attracting consumers to a product. Dial Pad allows users to to use the program with ease and makes talking on the phone easier, which in turn makes our customer service awesome. Call recording is an assett , when human error is not easily avoided . Especially in a fast paced environment. Not having to call customers back for details is great. users can listen back to their own conversations to better their phone etiquette.
its trascribing feature for calls is amazing, it even bulletpoint actionable steps you can take coming out of the call. This feature has saved me mulitple times when I've forgotten to take notes. All I have to do is go back and read the transcipt. so simple!
The call summaries arent always 100% accurate, otherwise I have no complaints

Rare instances that you need to check your user settings more than once. Sometimes I don't get any incoming calls because I was not aware I have one since I was not getting notified.
