About Decision Voice

Decision Voice is a customer support software to garner reviews straight from the mouth of customers. This software intends to replace text reviews with voice reviews to be much more precise and as there isn’t anything more pleasing than a customer’s voice. Transcripts of the call allow one to choose which reviews to keep on the portal and the ones to be kept hidden. The software alerts the user with an email to let him know that a new review has come and is waiting for approval. Users can pin their favorite review on the top of the review feed to make the site look organized. One need not share his or her credentials but still add the firm’s marketing manager, office manager and customer support representative to let them approve or disapprove a review as they come. If one manages multiple sites then there is no need to be worried there as well, as one can let customers provide feedback on the respective websites containing the users’ own phone numbers with which they have created the sites.
