Datto SaaS Defense is very easy to implement! The management portal is great and the reviewing of spam emails is simple.

The only downside is that you can't pick and choose which users this is activated on. It is all or nothing.

Datto Defense provides an extra layer of security for our Office 365 users. We receive less tickets about spam from these users.

Backups are easy to search for and the telemetry data is great.

Doesn't backup public mail folders as far as I can recall.

It's a breeze to search for past backups.

The email Security feature lacks some options for tracking the live view of emails getting blocked and reviewing more details about the email activity.

It allows us to manage all customers with O365 backups and email security all in one console. The automation of daily reporting is world-class and can be automated according to our needs.

When backing up customers products. I love it

Datto SaaS allows us to protect our emails, onedrive, sharepoint and teams with quick data recovery like nothing has happened. It also offers us with email protection.

There's currently no options to protect on-prem environment. Other than that, Datto SaaS is a very good service and we are very happy with it for us and our customers.

Datto SaaS helps keep our organisation safe from the ever growing threat of cyber attacks. They give us peace of mind that our Microsoft 365 tenants are safer from threats.

Bitdam removes the malware before it even reaches to the client servers. It detects it even prior to that.

Not all the Cyber attacks can be protected by BitDam. It needs few updates.

Go for it. It's very good service and helps in removing various types of web attacks.

It helps me in securing my client organisation servers from various targeted attacked in form of malicious files and web content as well

SaaS Protection backup of o365 is great because it will backup ,Microsoft exchange,Microsoft team and ,Microsoft Sharepoint which is great

This is cloud based solutions for email and collaboration tool security. If you want on premises then they will not provide support for it.

Security concern are main purpose to solve using ButDam. To secure the emails and collaboration tools bitdam is very innovative solution.

The intelligence of the AI filtering is quite good.

The management is confusing and complicated. Changes have made it even worse.

Providing security to Google workspace and MS365 accounts giving us a good offering to our clients.

I have yet to find it actually protect. Causes more problems than it solves for me

False blocks. Disrupts delivery. Blocks emails within my own organization
