What do you like best about CrankWheel?What I love most is that my clients don’t need to install anything. The design is simple, but that keeps it fast.

What do you like best about CrankWheel?Instant Screen Sharing has been especially helpful when a conversation starts on social and the lead needs a bit more context before they’re ready to book anything. I can send a link, they join straight from the browser on desktop or mobile, and there’s no account creation or download getting in the way. Being able to share that link through WhatsApp also fits how many of our campaigns actually generate conversations. We also use Screen Recorder when the same explanation keeps coming up across different leads. Instead of repeating a full walkthrough every time, we can send a shorter recording and save live sessions for people showing stronger intent. Post-meeting Redirect is another small feature that helps keep the journey connected, because the viewer can land directly on the right form, landing page, or next step after the demo. The CRM connection matters to me as well, especially from a social perspective, because I want to know what happened after the lead came in—not just hand the contact over and lose the rest of the story.What do you dislike about CrankWheel?Remote Control is helpful when a viewer needs to interact with something directly, but it’s still more limited than a fully collaborative remote session. The presenter has to install a small helper on Windows or macOS, and the control model is essentially built around one person at a time. That hasn’t been a major issue for the sales demos we run, since the viewer can still join from any browser without installing anything. Still, it’s worth keeping in mind before using CrankWheel for sessions that need more back-and-forth collaboration.What problems is CrankWheel solving and how is that benefiting you?An Instagram lead-generation campaign started bringing in a lot of conversations via WhatsApp, but too many people cooled off the moment we replied with the usual “book a demo here.” In one case, a lead had already exchanged several messages with me and wanted clarity on one specific part of the service. So, instead of sending yet another scheduling link, I sent a CrankWheel session directly through WhatsApp. They joined from their phone, and I shared only the browser tab with the presentation. As I walked them through it, Monitor Engagement showed attention dropping during a longer, more generic section, so I skipped ahead to the part that addressed the question they had actually asked. The session wrapped up in just a few minutes, and Post-meeting Redirect took them straight to the campaign form afterward. Our first attempt at this workflow was less focused because we used the same full demo for everyone, which made some calls much longer than they needed to be. Over time, we created shorter versions tailored to different campaign intents and recorded the explanations we found ourselves repeating most often. That’s where CrankWheel became useful for us: not as another meeting platform, but as a quick bridge between a social conversation and a visual explanation while the lead is still engaged.

What do you like best about CrankWheel?I like CrankWheel because it’s a fairly easy tool to use. I appreciate the browser extension that allows me to click on the icon and start using it right away. It’s also a secure tool, and I value that I don't have to download an app; it's just accessible online through the Google Chrome add-on. I particularly enjoy the screen sharing feature, which lets my clients see me over the phone, and it's helpful that they can just click a link in a text message to connect. It makes conversations smoother and faster, helping me establish credibility with prospects. Overall, it's the best screen sharing software I've used, and it works well on my laptop wherever I have an internet connection.What do you dislike about CrankWheel?I think the only thing I didn't like about CrankWheel was that there was one time it wouldn't connect properly. I couldn't share my screen, and my webcam wasn't working with it. It was early on, like the first or second time I used it. I had to close it and open it again for it to work. Luckily, it's only happened that one time.What problems is CrankWheel solving and how is that benefiting you?CrankWheel helps establish credibility with prospects by showing I'm a real agent, making it easier to share information and build trust. It's a secure, easy tool to use, allowing screen sharing and webcam use without needing an app. It connects quickly via text links, too.

What do you like best about CrankWheel?I love how simple CrankWheel is to use, with basically no learning curve. It's user-friendly, and my prospects love it too. It's reliable, and I've never had an issue during any presentation.
