What do you like best about Coupler.io?For me it is all about pulling data out of Salesforce so we can use it to create excellent reporting. What do you like best about Coupler.io?I was looking for a way to connect Power BI to QuickBooks. Previously, I was manually entering the budget actual data into Excel sheets before connecting them to Power BI, but this took a lot of time and was prone to errors and typos. Recommendations to others considering Coupler.io?During my research, I found Coupler.io, and I really liked how easy it was to connect to QuickBooks, as well as the speed at which it refreshed data. For example, if I enter a transaction into QuickBooks, it appears on my dashboard within minutes. The UI is also easy to use. What problems is Coupler.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Coupler.io?We use Coupler.io to help us when scheduling a large event each year. Coupler.io helps us integrate our database (Airtable) with Google Sheets in order to check for errors and ensure we don't have any meeting conflicts. We have multiple employees running the software multiple times a day, and the sync is seamless. Coupler.io saves us time and lets us breathe easy, knowing that during our event, people will be where they need to be—and when they need to be there—because Coupler.io has error-checked their schedules.What do you dislike about Coupler.io?Because we only use Coupler.io for a few months each year, it can be a bit tedious to resume our non-profit discount.What problems is Coupler.io solving and how is that benefiting you?We are using Coupler to integrate our database with google sheets so we can check for scheduling conflicts when we do our data input, since Airtable does not allow us to see these details. It has been userfriendly for our staff and helped streamline the process for managing scheduling on our team.

What do you like best about Coupler.io?The biggest positive for me is how much faster our reporting has become. Being able to pull customised versions of our Mailchimp reports directly into our main marketing spreadsheet has saved us a huge amount of manual work. The dashboards are also genuinely helpful, especially the PPC coverage dashboards, which make monitoring performance far easier. Overall, the automation and ease of use has been game changing!What do you dislike about Coupler.io?Overall, I found the setup and daily use of Coupler.io to be smooth and efficient. The only minor limitation I encountered was that I wasn’t able to land our Mailchimp data directly into a Coupler dashboard. It would have been a nice extra convenience, but it didn’t get in the way of what we needed to accomplish.Recommendations to others considering Coupler.io?Coupler.io has solved several problems and been genuinely beneficial for our marketing reporting workflow. It’s made a real difference in how quickly we can pull together insights, especially with the ability to bring customised Mailchimp reports straight into our marketing spreadsheet. What do you like best about Coupler.io?Obvious usability and workflow compared with other platforms, deep connector library, great visuals & data presentation on their prebuilt dashboardsWhat do you dislike about Coupler.io?While their prebuilt PowerBI dashboards save a ton of time on setup, you still have to do some work to swap out different data sources or just remove some of the presets if you don't want to use the exact combination the dashboard comes with.Recommendations to others considering Coupler.io?We tested a couple different connector platforms side by side to create similar reports. Coupler was so much easier to set up. The UI is intuitive, clean, and modern, as are the prebuilt dashboards they provide for platforms like Looker and PowerBI. Customer support was really helpful in walking us through setup as well. The ETL toolset is powerful, as is the wide breadth of options for connectors, because we're pulling in data from a variety of sources and need to transform it all in ways my team can't do ourselves for time & experience reasons.
