The tool provides a base for all and as and admin/super users can see them all and manage each one as needed Good alternative to other similar tools
What do you like best about Coosto?
Used the platform for a number of years having previoulsy used Hootsuite and they roll out new features regualry and have narrowed the gap a lot tbh. Reaponsive to understand needs. Comptive pricing.
What do you dislike about Coosto?
Not much really - used to be inferior to platforms like Hootsuite but not so much anymore
What problems is Coosto solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many teams across the large organisation i work for have logins and set ups for each team each with slightly differemt needs.

What do you like best about Coosto?
Coosto is a very easy to use social media tool. The look and feel is very professional and the basic features are intuitive.
What do you dislike about Coosto?
Some reporting options are a bit limited. Also, new developments come in very slowly.
Recommendations to others considering Coosto?
If you don't want to personalise your social management experience too much, Coosto is the tool for you thanks to it's professional and low key environment.
What problems is Coosto solving and how is that benefiting you?
Within a more complicated social media management structure, Coosto is the ideal software to monitor multiple channels with multiple employees.

As the interface and feature are quite pared back, it's very simple for my stakeholders to users.

The simplicity means the insight is quite poor - you could get similar results for a decent Google or Twitter Search.
