What do you like best about ContractSafe?I like how flexible ContractSafe is, allowing us to adapt it around our business model. I value the contract approvals and e-signing, which have streamlined our processes. Setting up ContractSafe was very easy, and I appreciate being able to tweak it using custom fields along the way, which is a great feature. We no longer rely on Excel spreadsheets for tracking, which makes managing contracts more efficient.What do you dislike about ContractSafe?The filter section could be improved by being able to select all and de-select.What problems is ContractSafe solving and how is that benefiting you?ContractSafe eliminates our reliance on spreadsheets for contract tracking, streamlining processes with e-signing and contract approvals.

Makes storing contracts so much easier.What do you dislike about ContractSafe?I do not have any dislikes at this current time.What problems is ContractSafe solving and how is that benefiting you?The Artificial Intelligence option makes summarizing contracts much easier and faster for me.

What do you like best about ContractSafe?ContractSafe is extremely simple and easy to use. It focuses mainly on 1 thing, and that is managing contracts, and it does that one thing very well. Managing renewals is very easy with their system of reminders. The customization options are very flexible and easy to use as well. The price is right and the support has also been great so far.What do you dislike about ContractSafe?Sometimes the tool seems more tailored towards a Legal perspective than a Procurement one, but that is understandable and something we've been able to workaround with various customization options when needed.What problems is ContractSafe solving and how is that benefiting you?We've finally been able to get all our contracts in one place and easily review the metadata related to those contracts. Managing renewals and doing reporting based on our contracts has never been easier. Whenever I get a contract question, I can usually look up an answer in less than a minute.

What do you like best about ContractSafe?I love how easy ContractSafe is to use, and how it keeps evolving with new features like AI contract review and analysis, and lifecycle tracking. The ability to find documents immediately, using basic searches or various filters, even for new team members with zero prior training, sets ContractSafe apart from other CLMs I've managed. The platform has always been extremely user-friendly, and the support team is exceptional. The ability to chat with a live representative instantly at almost any time of day and receive friendly, responsive help is invaluable. They are always receptive our customer feedback, questions and suggestions, and thorough in following up to resolve issues. Features like automatic stage tracking, integrated two-way e-signature, and flexible playbooks for contract review have been huge improvements. The integration with Word, version control, and automated reminders and notifications make managing contracts so much simpler and faster. Our business partners appreciate the level of detail they are able to see in scheduled reporting emails from ContractSafe. We also appreciate the ability to save unlimited attachments of all file types to a contract record. When I had to export our database for an audit, the export was clean, quick and easy. The pricepoint is very fair for our usage. I honestly cannot recommend ContractSafe more highly.What do you dislike about ContractSafe?There are a couple of areas that could be improved, like being able to filter or opt out of email notifications for certain users, and having more granular tracking/reporting on who last edited or updated a contract or field. Also, it would be helpful to have scheduled tracking reports and more customization options for notifications and dashboards, but the ContractSafe expressed openness to adding these features in the future.What problems is ContractSafe solving and how is that benefiting you?ContractSafe is a cost effective and user-friendly system of record that saves our legal team and business partners time. It's become our one stop shop for contract lifecycle management, from initial review through redlines, signatures, building a company contract playbook to use in drafting, and easily scheduling reporting and automated reminder alerts. We are able to quickly pull contracts and analyze legal risks much more efficiently.

What do you like best about ContractSafe?The best thing about ContractSafe is that it has enabled my team to stay organised during times of pressure. It is very easy to forget about the things with numerous agreements and deadlines, and with everything recorded and getting reminders there is nothing that gets missed. The notes and history features make conversations and approvals transparent and thus minimize friction and ensure that everyone achieves their duties on time.What do you dislike about ContractSafe?ContractSafe has a disadvantage in that it can be a limiting customization of contract information. When we implemented non standard agreements, we needed to come up with other means of incorporating additional information. This at times makes it difficult to trace and involves a greater level of manual effort. Although it does not disrupt the workflow, it causes small inefficiencies when working with unique types of contracts that do not match the default structure.What problems is ContractSafe solving and how is that benefiting you?The most significant issue that ContractSafe focuses on is the misunderstanding and mistakes which are caused by the manual management of contracts. It helps to keep the deadlines, the obligations, and the notes at the same place and, therefore, the responsibilities are not forgotten. My fellow employees do not have to search emails to keep informed about developments and discussions. It has minimized stress, enhanced accountability and eased the daily process of contract management to a predictable level.

What do you like best about ContractSafe?I like ContractSafe as it provides us with the panoramic view of all our contracts and we can more easily prioritize and plan in advance. Everything is updated with automatic document capture of emails and storage systems. By having to use it every day, we will not have to miss deadlines and forget about some important provisions. Such features as tagging, search, and alerts enable the colleagues to find the necessary information quickly and make the appropriate decisions without using memory and having to write down some notes.What do you dislike about ContractSafe?I do not like that some of the features, such as filtering large volumes of contracts or multiple entries at the same time, are not as malleable as they might be. The establishment of importing old contracts had to be done with much care in order to not make any mistakes. The use of the system on a daily basis will result in mismatched or lost files that will need manual adjustment. Noise settings might also be customized to a greater extent to fit the way various teams handle contracts.What problems is ContractSafe solving and how is that benefiting you?ContractSafe eliminates the issue of not tracking contracts and missing significant deadlines that once made the team experience stress and additional work. Previously, we had to keep records of expirations manually, consult clauses and organize renewals which was prone to errors. Automated alerts, tagging and key words search are now used so that nothing is missed. Every day utilization perfects the working process, assists groups in managing their time, and makes sure that commitments are undertaken and fulfilled in a timely manner.

What do you like best about ContractSafe?I find that the best part of ContractSafe is that my contract library is now well organized. I apply it quite often, particularly when I am required to revise the older terms. I connected it to Google Drive and the integration holds it all at a single place. It is not overwhelming with its features, which I require to control. It has left a tangible impact on my day since I am no longer spending my time scanning the earth to find documents.What do you dislike about ContractSafe?The aspect that I have difficulty with is that certain functions are restrictive. To fill more large batches of documents, I realize that the absence of deeper features slows me down. It interferes with my work primarily when I am attempting to clean up older contracts since I end up doing more handwork. I continue to utilize it frequently, however, there are moments such as these that make me aware of the fact that the software could be slightly enlarged.What problems is ContractSafe solving and how is that benefiting you?ContractSafe also enables me to maintain our agreements in a single predictable location which was once a massive headache. I use it every day to monitor the renewal dates and older versions and the team no longer has to scramble to locate files. The number of features is what we require and frequent use of the features keeps us in track. It has relieved me of much of the pressure of dealing with paperwork of vendors.

What do you like best about ContractSafe?What I like most about ContractSafe is that it prevents the buildup of our contract work at high times. The sheer amount of features is not overwhelming and what we do not need, and with my very high usage rate, it seems stable day by day. It was a quick and successful implementation that enabled our team to acclimatize within a short time and thus made dealing with contracts less stressful in general.What do you dislike about ContractSafe?What aggravates me is the fact that sometimes some steps in the implementation process are very slow when we are changing our internal structure. It has the effect of stalling projects that are expected to proceed fast. The increased number of features sometimes complicates the process of locating things and introduces extra processes. Although the customer service is responsive, my pace is still interrupted by the pauses, which is why the day is getting longer than necessary.What problems is ContractSafe solving and how is that benefiting you?Many of the sloppy contract problems that we had to deal with previously are gone with ContractSafe. The improvements are observable in my daily life because I use it frequently. The considerate count of features is in line with our requirements, without causing disorientation, and has customer support that keeps us going on when something arises. It has made our work process more stable and has saved us the contract-related headaches.

What do you like best about ContractSafe?The thing that I like the most about ContractSafe is that it remains simple. It has a good ease of use, and I am able to do so on many occasions in a day, therefore, the frequency of use is natural in my work. The fact that it is integrated with Google Workspace is a great addition as well since it keeps everybody working on the same files. It has streamlined and made our contract flow more predictable.What do you dislike about ContractSafe?It annoys me that ContractSafe does not support bulk actions. The simplicity is acceptable in the daily working activities, but the fewer features are felt when the workload increases. These bottlenecks accumulate as I use them quite frequently. Customer support is responsive, yet the changes that we requested seem to take long to manifest, which still keeps us using workarounds than we anticipated.What problems is ContractSafe solving and how is that benefiting you?ContractSafe assisted in tidying up our system of storing and managing agreements. The large number of features binds documents, dates and tags together well. That particularly helps me since I do not waste time anymore browsing all over as a result of the frequency of use. The implementation was not as complicated, which made our group get into a rhythm soon. It has made the process of renewals better and our workflow stable.

What do you like best about ContractSafe?Ease of Use & User-Friendly Interface: The platform is very intuitive and very little training is required. Getting up and running happened in days, not weeks or months like some systems. What do you dislike about ContractSafe?Excellent Customer Support: Being able to speak with a real person, with no tickets or hidden support fees is a HUGE bonus compared to others. Recommendations to others considering ContractSafe?Robust Contract Repository & Search: The platform serves as a secure, centralized location for all contracts which means, based on user permissions, anyone in the company can find what they need. The search functionality, which uses Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to make even scanned documents searchable is super easy, similar to a "Google-like" search. What problems is ContractSafe solving and how is that benefiting you?Automated Alerts and Reminders: The ability to easily set automated email reminders for key dates like renewals and expirations helps prevent missed deadlines and costly auto-renewals.
