What do you like best about SAP Concur?It makes expense tracking and reimbursement much easier because everything is centralized, automated, and stored in one place. That gives quick access, efficient usage!What do you dislike about SAP Concur?SAP Concur can be cumbersome to use, with a complex interface and approval workflows that are not always intuitive, which can slow down expense reporting and reduce user adoption.What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?I like how SAP Concur centralizes receipts, expenses, and approvals in one system. It cuts down on back-and-forth, keeps everything audit-ready, and gives full visibility into company spending. From an AP standpoint, it saves a lot of time and prevents small errors from turning into big problems.

What do you like best about SAP Concur?I like that we now have a 3rd party reimburse our employees instead of our company worrying about it. The employees are also able to view and update their banking information if needed.What do you dislike about SAP Concur?The only thing I would say that I dislike is the reporting and specifically the inability to customize and edit specific aspects of the reports that we do have.What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?SAP Concur is keeping the employees’ information organized, sending notifications to employees who have not submitted reports, and keeps track of what employees are spending. This frees up more time for me to do meaningful accounting work.

What do you like best about SAP Concur?I like the ease of the approval flow, reporting, and uploading expenses into the ERP. I appreciate the vendor partnerships and how easy data reporting and auditing are. I use audit rules and exceptions to guide employees, processors, and managers toward reimbursement success. The initial setup was easy, and I can grow and change processes with Concur professional help. It works great.What do you dislike about SAP Concur?NadaWhat problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?I use SAP Concur to reconcile out-of-pocket and credit card expenses, and it helps with reporting, the approval flow, and uploading into our ERP.

What do you like best about SAP Concur?The layout of the screen is most useful for users to navigate and work around the system. The constant improvement of the layout is a big plus so I can assure that our company is getting the most up to date’s version of concur.What do you dislike about SAP Concur?The inability to sync data, such as vendors and GL accounts, with our ERP system is the most critical downfall of the system. The connector Wipfli is not the most effective way to automate the synchronization process.What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?The entire account payable process is almost fully automated with the approval workflows and communication process between the requesters, approves and accounting using the comment field is core benefit to our operational processes.

What do you like best about SAP Concur?Concur connects travel requests, booking and expense reporting in one workflow. Employees submit a travel request, it routes through project-code and department approvals, and the trip is booked through Concur Travel with Amex GBT, so finance sees the full trip cost before anything is ticketed. Integrations are a big-time saver: Lyft Business and Uber for Business receipts forward automatically into Concur, which has cut down on missing-receipt follow-ups. Allocating expenses by department and project number also makes our month-end reconciliation against the corporate Amex much faster.What do you dislike about SAP Concur?Initial setup takes real effort. Allocation configuration and the accounting extract mapping needed several rounds before they matched our ERP. The booking hold window is tight: if every approver doesn’t act within about 22 hours, the reservation can lapse, which is hard for a team spread across US and China time zones. The interface also has a learning curve for non-finance users, so we built our own training materials, including a Chinese-language version.What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?Before Concur, travel approvals and reimbursements lived in email and spreadsheets. Now each trip has a single approval trail, bookings go through Amex GBT within policy, and expense data arrives already coded by project and department. For a lean finance team supporting multiple entities, that saves hours every month on reconciliation and makes audit support and project cost reporting much easier.

It is not simple to get reporting which falls outside of the standard parameters of concur. Ensuring spend is monitored, reviewed and approved in line with company policy.

What do you like best about SAP Concur?I find it easy to use, especially with the app for adding expenses while I’m on the go. The AI assist is extremely beneficial when I upload my own expenses, and it’s also helpful when I’m acting as an administrator for other people’s expenses. Overall, it makes the whole process easier and takes less time.What do you dislike about SAP Concur?Overall, I find it easy to use, and think that the AI assist is helpful. However, Some parts of the expense submission process could be more streamlined and efficient.What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?SAP Concur streamlines expense management for us by keeping receipts and claims organised in one place. It cuts down on manual work and makes it easier to submit, track, and stay on top of expenses. The AI assist is especially beneficial.

What do you like best about SAP Concur?I find SAP Concur highly usable. I value the AI OCR-based receipt detail scanning, and the initial setup was straightforward.What do you dislike about SAP Concur?I can only use one payment method in Travel, so I can’t mix physical credit cards with other payment methods.What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?I use SAP Concur for automated expense approval, an audit trail, and travel booking.

What do you like best about SAP Concur?It’s useful for budget tracking and purchase request expenses are easier now and we can have all project coded setup as required. Very useful, I like Concur.What do you dislike about SAP Concur?Price wise and the amount of add-on charged checking line by line in the expenses we need to get invoices line by line done and itemised before approval.What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?Life is easier with purchasing done by the requestor and not manual work. Things are practical and easy to use, happy days at the job with all staff happy days.
