Excellent product, staff, and awesome partner

PROS: The Comm100 staff is a delight to deal with. They are informed, sensitive, artistic, optimistic and ready to dive into data to put the customer first.

CONS: It's hard to find something unlikeable with Comm100. The team is simply awesome. Though I'd prefer it if they had a California office.

PROS: I like that it's very simple to set up on our web pages and to have custom keys. CONS: I wish there's an option to write a username the IP address indicates. It does indicates a name after the chat. However, I often talk to them and never really had a chat with them. It will be nice to know when they're on my website and what pages on my site they go to.
