Cofense phishme is one of the best email phishing/spam security control

What do you like best about Cofense PhishMe?

Built in methodology to scan the email & identify the category of Phishing/ Spam / Safe to Process.

What do you dislike about Cofense PhishMe?

One of the issue we face with confense phishme is it sends out the logs in UTC format. We face this issue for one of the client & missed couple alerts due to Default UTC timing .

What problems is Cofense PhishMe solving and how is that benefiting you?

Scanning & identifying the category of the email by utilising built in phishing scanning methodology to process / identify as spam / actual phishing.

Great Tool To Report Phishing Emails, Educate Users and Front-Line Defense

What do you like best about Cofense PhishMe?

Cofense PhishMe is a great tool to report phishing emails as well as provides front-line phishing defense. We get phishing emails even on environments using secure email gateways.

What do you dislike about Cofense PhishMe?

PhishMe uses the past data and using Machine Learning, phishing emails can be detected by Security Operations Center before reaching the user.

Recommendations to others considering Cofense PhishMe?

I don't have anything to say as of now. It's very easy to use as a user (just click on Report Phishing Button)

What problems is Cofense PhishMe solving and how is that benefiting you?

My company regularly does awareness drives using this tool, to train people to stay vigilant. Overall experience has been good so far.

Simple Way to Boost Security Training

What do you like best about Cofense PhishMe?

Cofense PhishMe is a relatively simple program that allows you to practice email phishing drills internally. You can fully customize emails through one page and track what users do once received. You can create individual campaigns to target specific teams, receive a report on who clicked embedded links, and create a web page for links.

What do you dislike about Cofense PhishMe?

The only downside was the lack of documentation or user manual. I have not had to contact support, but would have liked documents for training new back ends users within IT. It may have been provided when purchased and misplaced over time.

Recommendations to others considering Cofense PhishMe?

This is a good solution for large scale corporate phishing training, but obviously won't solve all user end problems

What problems is Cofense PhishMe solving and how is that benefiting you?

My company receives phishing emails daily and we use PhishMe to train users and find potential issues. With the reports we receive, we are able to determine which users need more training. The amount of detail it provides on clicked links, time opened, and others really helps narrow down which users need more training.
