Efficient Tool for Managing Sales Pipeline
What do you like best about Close?
I love that I can always see my appointments ahead of time with Close. I can call, email, or send a text message, which makes it a very streamlined solution for me. I can also create tasks and schedule emails, helping me stay ahead and manage my follow-ups effectively. I've been using Close for almost five years, and I appreciate how easy it is to use. They keep improving the product based on our feedback, and they really listen.
What do you dislike about Close?
Sometimes, some opportunities and activities don't activate other sequences. For example, if I complete a demo, sometimes emails don't get sent out. And sometimes multiple opportunities are created when they should be updating the original one.

I use Close to manage my sales pipeline, follow up with leads, and streamline communication with calls, emails, and texts. It's very organized, helps me stay ahead, and supports creating tasks and scheduled emails.

Boosts Call Efficiency and Provides Valuable Insights
What do you like best about Close?
I really like the new AI feature in Close, especially the chat function that analyzes all my call transcripts. It helps me understand what works and what doesn't, making it easier to schedule meetings and enhance my performance. This feature allows me to hone in on the areas I need to improve to perform at my best. It's a standout feature for me. Furthermore, after using its insights to revise my scripts, I managed to schedule a meeting, which has been really awesome.
What do you dislike about Close?
So whenever there's a system fault, the banners at the top are irritating. I just wish you could let me know once that there's an issue and not have the reoccurring banner at the top. Also, I use Close on different platforms or mediums. One being the desktop app, which is my main driver, and then for other aspects, I need quick access, I use about four or five tabs. Usually, when a call comes through on the desktop app, it also rings through all my other tabs that I have opened, forcing me to refresh. That's a little bit annoying. I'd like for Close to notify me when an email or text message comes through, especially a text message. Having to check my inbox frequently is counterintuitive. If notifications could pop up like the banners do, that would be great.
What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Close to reach more contacts faster, send emails and texts from one platform, and track my opportunities and deal closures.

Efficient CRM with Seamless Task Management
What do you like best about Close?
I find Close very helpful for staying organized with my contact lists and industry contacts. The feature of adding tasks to each individual contact to follow up or set a meeting is great, and having these tasks show up in my 'inbox' really helps me manage my daily and weekly to-do lists. It keeps me on top of my outreach by allowing me to follow up with calls or emails. I also integrated Close with my Outlook, and the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about Close?
When I sort leads by a specific status and open one, then return to the previous tab, the sorting resets and the leads no longer stay filtered. To work around this when updating multiple leads, I've been opening each one in a new tab so the changes save correctly. This works, though it's a bit inefficient since it requires managing several tabs at once. Not a huge issue.
What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?
Close helps me stay organized with my contact lists, enabling task management for follow-ups and meetings through each contact, which is very helpful for my daily and weekly to-do lists. This helps me stay on top of my outreach.

Intuitive and Efficient, But Pricey for Small Teams
What do you like best about Close?
I like Close's intuitive interface and efficient lead management features. The intuitive interface makes navigation easy, while lead management tools help me organize prospects and follow up more effectively. The setup was straightforward and easy to complete with minimal training. Close offered us a simpler interface and more streamlined sales workflows compared to our previous CRM.
What do you dislike about Close?
The reporting features could be more customizable, and the pricing may be high for smaller teams. More flexible report filters, custom dashboards, and deeper analytics would make reporting more useful and actionable.
What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Close to streamline sales processes and track customer interactions efficiently. It simplifies navigation with its intuitive interface and improves prospect organization with great lead management tools. We switched from Salesforce due to Close's simpler interface and more streamlined workflows.

Lightweight CRM with Strong Lead Gen, Needs Reporting Enhancement
What do you like best about Close?
I use Close for everything sales related and it gives me visibility and clarity in my sales pipeline. I appreciate having a centralized place for all my leads with a clear view of every contact's history and actions taken. The transition from tools like HubSpot, which felt clunky and heavy, to Close has been refreshing as it provides an immediate and actionable view of each lead. I find it the best CRM for cold outreach en masse and lead generation. I really like the view and design of the tool; it feels very light to use. It's also very responsive and has tons of integrations. I love how it makes the brain fog of a heavy tool disappear and saves so much time navigating. I also found the initial setup of Close to be easy, definitely worthy of 5 stars.
What do you dislike about Close?
I'd say the reporting section would be more complex to be able to reflect more ratios. Sales ratios per say, it feels a bit limited currently.
What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?
Close gives me visibility and clarity in my sales pipeline, centralizes leads, and provides an actionable view on each contact. It feels light, responsive, and reduces navigation time, making it the best CRM for cold outreach and lead generation.
