Keeps all my information in one place. The integrations with different software work seamlessly. And whenever I need help, I get a reply from support within a few minutes!
I have not found something I dislike worth mentioning. Maybe deleting the past history of a lead. (Past calls etc)
It makes keeping track of all tasks so much easier. I can run all my campaigns through Close(email sequences, calling, correspondence, events etc.)
The most helpful thing about close.io is the call tracker and it's abilites within the CRM to leave automated voicemails and also predictive calling. Compared to Salesforce you'd have to use some third party plugin.
I'm sure if you were a salesforce admin you might be concerned about your future job loss. The fact is if you dig deep enough into plugins Salesforce WILL have all the features you WANT. But close.io has the features you NEED.
Without close.io i'd be working off a spreadsheet which isn't necessarily a bad thing but this is the way I like to run my business which is technical/app/based.
I am now about 8 months into utilizing Close for the first time and could not be happier. I am on a team of just 2 using this CRM and the ease, functionality, ability to communicate, share files, etc have just gotten better and better with each update. Any time I have a question, customer support gets back to me within a few hours at the most, often times correcting any isseus I had run into. Close CS is also always looking for feedback and so I have sent many suggestions over that they have looked into as well. As someone who utilizes close for nearly every part of my working duties, I could not ask for much more.
Right now.... nothing!!! Accessibility, integrations, onboarding, training other staff to implement.. all have been incredible.
call notes, file shares, smart views, work flows... all helping us, a team of 2, automate so much.
I have demo several CRMs in the past 18 months to 2 years, trying to find one that a) truly worked well as described, b) did not surprise you with price sticker shock to use all its features, and c) was easy to use.
The Close.io support team is excellent to work with as one configures the system to meet your particular needs. One does not have to wait days to get a reply, and it is an answer to your questions with helpful suggestions, not just directions to more articles.
The one area I disliked they have fixed. There were not enough tools to work with just contacts. Everything had to go through a "lead" or company when dealing with a single person. They have already added new features which solve the problem.
Close.io is a great CRM and outbound marketing software. They continually added improved features.
We are consolidating all our contacts across the company into Close.io. Since Close connects with Outlook, the Close "inbox" is a great time management tool. It saves so much time since one only is dealing with emails and tasks that are related to contacts in the Close CRM.
I have found Close to be an easy to use CRM. Love the auto dialer option! This all in one CRM with it's call features are outstanding. Simple lead entry with follow up reminders is great.
There is nothing that really stands out that I would say I dislike about this CRM.
Being able to group my leads into different categories, so I'm able to target these groups differently as they move through my pipeline. This has been a huge plus for me.
The ability to quickly and easily access history and interactions with prospects and clients. I used a major competitor for 3 years and Close is comparable .
I'd like to have more people in my org to have access without adding to the cost haha!
A couple of things: exceeding my email limit, and being labeled as Spam when I make calls through Close. Close solved both of those rapidly.
Close is always evolving and they make it easy to use. With my limited understanding of the internet, integrations and software in general, Close has made it their mission to ensure I receive the best service with excellent support staff and continuous communication.
Implementation was fairly easy. I was ready to go in minutes. I use Close daily and the ease of integration withy other programs is helpful
My knowledge is limited with all the resources Close has to offer. The features I am currently using far exceed the numbers I was putting together with other products and programs I have used in the past
The ease of use in which I can utilize the service that CLOSE has to offer is second to none. They though of every option and angle a deliver it on a silver platter. Most of the competitors take weeks and sometimes months to get something up and ready-with Close, all you have to do is start. No wait times either.
Its versatility and adaptability. Mostly what is most attractive is that Close maintains the history of touches, from the first outreach to the close (no pun intended). Close CRM records your voicemessages, incoming calls, texts and emails to the contact. It is the most comprehensive CRM I have seen to date. I cannot wait to grow into using more of its power. It even sourced local phone numbers for me to call through without me having to "shop" vendors and pricing for numbers.
When I have needed to, there are ways to search answers to questions. Close support also responds rather fast compared to other platforms which can take 3 days to answer a question. As far as usage, I find it is not an "intuitive platform" per se, but when you research, anything can be done with Close. I will be using this platform minumum 5 days/week. I am using it a bit less now, but love working in Close. To upload contacts is not difficult. If you have the full program, you can customizable your categories.
I liken Close to our brains. Perhaps we only master 6% of its capacity, lol. There appears to be a lot more capability available in Close to benefit our work and our businesses! lol.
Keeping track of who I contacted, when and how I contact the prospect is of most importance. However when I have a "yes", to be able to transition that cold call to a deal is imperative. Close covers it all.
menu options is good and is friendly to use, easy to implement things, customer support is responsive, frequently use by me, easy integration and has number of features.
nothing as such for now all going good in using it.
Close is solving alot of problems as acting as my CRM software to manage my leads and manage outbound and inbound calls.

Better than Salesforce, Close understands the need for lead contact records. You heard that right: one lead may have multiple contacts you can target in your cold outreaches on LinkedIn or email.
Custom fields are available to be configured. I am missing the ability to set up parent-child relationships between custom fields. For example, once a lead source is selected, having a child field ask for a source detail with option lists that depend on the parent source's chosen value would be great.
Close has moved all our lead spreadsheets into a CRM thats easy and fast to use. On top of that, it allows visibility of prospect conversations to all team members once Gmail has been authenticated with Close.
