The intuitive drag-and-drop interface and the powerful simulation tools saved me countless hours.

The user interface, while initially intuitive, becomes cumbersome when working with large circuits.

CircuiTree solves the problem of slow and error-prone manual circuit design. Its automated features and simulation capabilities significantly speed up my workflow. I'm benefiting from reduced design time and increased accuracy, allowing me to complete more projects efficiently.

Circuitree 6 is wonderful because it is no longer a desktop app but accessible online by everyone in the organization who needs it. It is a great camp registration software to keep everything we needed in one place. Their customer service is excellent

The software is not very intuitive. You only get out what you put in.

Customer service is so fast to solve problems and answer questions.

Out of the box, CircuiTree is built to handle just about any camp set-up that you can throw at it. Whether running a more traditional outdoor camp experience in multiple locations, or a smaller experience built around a particular focus, you will be able to quickly get off and running in a way that lets customers navigate and interact on their own to accomplish standard tasks that would previously require staff assistance.

As with all programs that offer such robust features, there is a learning curve and set-up period to get through. New staff who need to learn how to use the software will also have their work cut out for them (but these can be broken out into smaller bite-sized trainings, thanks to the impressive online training database that is included!).

This software can do just about anything that you need it to for any setting. If there isn't an option backed in for what you need, the team there can work with you to find custom solutions - they have done a great job doing so for us!

We transitioned to CircuiTree after 5-6 years with another platform because of the additional features that could be built into CircuiTree. This transition was intimidating, due to all of the complex workflows and features that we had established in the previous software. However, the CircuiTree team was able to take all of our requests and previous workflows and implement them in CircuiTree with minor, if any, tweaks.

I really enjoy the way that Circuitree allows you to access multiple different assets necessary instead of having different programs for each different part. Being connected makes finding and inputting information much easier.

The actual look of the program is a bit outdated- I think that updating it would make it a bit more visually appealing.

Circuitree has allowed us to find information on campers, document new information on campers, and see this on a large scale and a small scale all at once. We're able to see data on the campers for years back- allowing us to better understand prior experiences with our camp.

Customer support is always fast and gracious. The nimbleness of the software met a lot of our needs that other softwares in our field didn’t even begin to offer. Missions trip softwares are very limited in scope but this camp registration software actually worked significantly better.

Because we used the software in a different organizational setting than what is typically intended, there are some customizations that have to be done personally and the language doesn’t always fit on the back end.

Also, there’s limited prospect management / CRM capabilities.

In depth tracking of registrations and reports on customers.

I like the easy auto-respond/mass email capabilities. First, it is compatible with Mailchimp - so you can design your email in Mailchimp, and copy/paste the code into Circuitree so that it looks beautiful and seamless from other mass emailings you already do. You can easily email groups of attendees from an event or generate auto-responders for users doing certain actions in their accounts. This make for easy follow-up and keeping people informed.

Other features I really like are the robust reporting features. Any data that is input into the system can be manipulated into custom reports to help you keep track of metrics that matter to you. Some available reports would include

•Attendee Roster Sheet (broken down by lodging, gender, age, etc.)

Circuitree makes it fairly simple to search for campers and figure out basic information about the camper you are searching for.

It’s a little bit difficult to do anything but search for campers on this software.

Easy access to camper files and contact information for campers and parent phone calls.

Most internal teams on one system, and the ability to pull data into other external systems. However, bringing that component in house with the same level of functionality would be the ideal.

Recurring problems of a similar nature that require support for a workaround, but seldom an efficient long term solution.

Report generation for multiple departments. Some ability to forecast with leads.
