I process invoices and expense reports and I appreciate that it is such a smooth process.

I don't have any issues with the process.

Chrome River is helping us pay our vendors more efficiently and also allowing us to bill our clients and receive payment faster.

Chrome River is worth the investment. We reduced ourinvoice processing time by 90%. What used to be a 10-minute process per invoice now takes just 1-2 minutes.

As with any new system there is a learning curve but with the propert training anyone can use the systerm. It is extremely user frendly.

We are no longer entering our invoices manualy and therefore we are now able to spend that time working on higher value work.

They are sure the employees get their reimbursements! They are on top of reaching out and assuring we are satisfied.

It flips after you download attachment and changes to defaukt and you have to retype in the info. so it make syou upload first then type always.

I like the layout of Chrome River. Things are easy to find, and the design is intuitive. It makes submitting expenses and invoices less of a chore, much easier than filling out a manual form (like in the "old days"), and creates a seamless workflow that helps everyone get the job done.

I also love the Receipt Gallery, which makes it super simple to add receipts to an expense report, however, there is an issue with uploading receipts into the Receipt Gallery, which is discussed in the next section.

When uploading pdfs to my Receipt Gallery, the program splits the invoices in half and creates 2 documents from one file. I'm hoping this issue can be fixed in future updates so that I don't have to go back and upload each receipt one-by-one into the expense report, which seems to work without splitting the file in half. However, the added benefit of using the Receipt Gallery is diminished because I'm unable to quickly add my receipts to the report.

This program helps us streamline processes and get invoices and expenses through the approvals processes quickly.

mobile app works great, allows me to not only approve invoices for my area of responsbility, but also allows me to upload invoices and expenses for approval. web app is great, easy and intuitive and just works!

I can't think of anything that I dislike about the product, it ticks all the boxes and works well.

It allows us to have full visibility of expenditure by department, with a proper approval process and reporting.

I like how it's user-friendly., simple, and easy to use.

I wish I could have two windows open at the same time. Because sometimes, I need to reference an old invoice or something, and I hate having to keep going back and forth. But as soon as you try to open another tab of Chrome River, it automatically kicks you out of the tab you were working on. I wish that could be changed. :(

You can upload all your receipts at once. Receipt categories would be nice.

Sometimes searching for a specific location does not show up.

I can submit my receipts easily.

The workflow is invaluable! We can solicit approvals quickly and easily. There's no paper to get lost in the shuffle!

Set-up was tedious. Now that we've gone through it I'd like to go back and change a few things. But now we are charged for most of the changes we've requested. I wish it was more flexible.

Approvals & research functionality has created efficiency.
