I love the insights Signals provides about visitors to my website and the variety of use cases for the chat bot. Not only can I set it to watch for ideal customers landing on my website, Signals also helps me refine my ICP based on site visits. Their customer success team is extremely helpful and has worked closely with me thorughout the implementation process. They have made integration of a technical process easy through their UX/UI and customer success follow up. They are a chat/call away and I feel a high level of support. They have also provided several resources to help me employ best practices in the application of their software - e.g. email marketing best practices to follow up with visitors to my site. Their automated functionality will make managing email campaigns easy. Finally, I never miss a beat with automated daily update emails. Overall, very well done!
It took several meetings with Signals for me to undertsand the big picture of their software and all of the ways it can benefit my company. I was willing to give the time because it came highly recommended by a friend.
The Signals chatbot provides additional opportunities for potential clients to convert and/or learn more about our services on our website. Signals also provides insights into the types of companies landing on our website each day, which guides our outreach and creates warmer intros to companies who could be interested in our services.
I recently signed up for a handful of marketing services and hands down, signals was the easiest to implement and get ROI quickly. Their team was always there to help me in utilizing the tool.
It is a pretty high cost but the different uses make up for the cost.

Chatfunnels can identify the accounts currently on the website and provide real-time information on them while in the chat and after the conversation, or even if you haven't had the conversation.
Being able to only see the company but the person from the company. Since companies have 1000's of employees it's only half the information needed. However, if the chat person gives their email address during the chat then you have all the information needed.
Now I know in real time what companies are on the website and how often they visit, and what pages they are most interested in. We can concentrate on the highest performing pages for revision cycles.
There are a few things I like about Signals, but at the forefront, their support and onboarding were world-class. As we were brought on, they kept regular weekly meetings on our calendars to ensure a smooth adoption of their software. I also like some of the various insightful charts. I feel like I have a secret tool for knowing which leads are visiting our site.
The workflow setup can leave you scratching your head at times, but it isn't impossible to figure out. And their support is there every step of the way.
The biggest problem that Signals solves for us is to know which qualified leads are visiting our site, but not taking the step to reach out to our sales team. Their customized chatbot and alert system allows our BDRs to instantly hop on with a prospect, it also routes any visitors who may not be a sales lead to the right landing page, which saves our sales guys some time.
Signals provides a very intuitive software that not only helps with chatsbots being able to affectively communicate to your website visitors, but also gives marketers a great analytic tool to capture data for sales. I would highly recommend using them to know the best target audiences that come to your website. Their Customer Support is top of the line, and are very friendly and making sure we know how to use it.
I've already communicated this to Signals, but to fine tune who is coming to our website with any sort of IP pollution from IPs crossing. They are working on something to improve that.
Signals is helping us know who is coming to our website with Lead intelligence and letting us know who our buyer is and how long they spend on our website.

Signals has been a game changer for our team. It has given me insight into our potential customers and I am now able to engage with organizations who are ready to talk. The bot has been terrific and customers can schedule demos directly on the page with my calendar link. I am always discovering new features and functionality to get even more from the tool. Everyone I have interacted with on the Signal's team have been responsive, helpful and down to earth. A pleasure to work with! When I have had issues they have been resolved within 24-48 hours if not sooner. They are super helpful on making suggestions and showing me how to maximize the tool. A friend called me just today who was trying to get more business intelligence and automation for her sales team and I didn't hesitate to recommend Signals to her.
No downsides. A bit of a learning curve to really maximize the functionality but they are patient educators who work with me to accomplish my desired outcomes. Plus there are loads of help tools and resources within the tool.
Before I had no insight into which organizations were showing buying signals and this was leading to lengthy buying cycles and cold emails that went unanswered. Now it is like I have a crystal ball to know when and how to engage potential customers based upon their interactions, web visits and downloads. People can schedule demos with me right from the tool meaning I'm getting higher quality leads in the door when they are ready to buy. We interviewed several vendors in our quest for intent data and more automation and Signals was easily the best fit for our needs.
As an Admin in the system, it is great having a tool wherein I can connect with inbound leads by auto-sending engagement in real-time.
No complaints at this point, outside of us learning the system better every day. So many options to explore!
I like that I get routed to conversation for regions that I supervise. It has also helped me create more opportunities by having real-time conversations with potential customers.
Signals is an intuitive and powerful platform. It centralizes and allows you to manage prospects that are visiting your site. You can create a custom experience for your prospects to tailor the experience to their needs. It centralizes in a single pane of glass the experience and journey of your prospects on your site.
The only "dislike" I have with signals is the fact that it is endlessly customizable. This is also one of the reasons I love the product. It gives you the ability to really focus on your customers. Just be prepared to really dive in!
Signals has helped our team streamline our processes. We are not longer getting basic email reporting about who has been on our site. Not only can we see who is visiting and what pages they are visiting, but we can pull information about the prospect. From here we can tailor our messaging to the prospect.

Signals is a great tool to help drive site engagement online. The tool isn't just a chatbot but it provides additional prospecting data and business email functionailty that allows us to campaign prospects directly from signals. But above all else is the support received from the Signals team. Our signals reps know their stuff and know the product. Often times they propose and implement changes (with our sign off) that boost our engagement even more!
Nothing is alarming. They are doing a lot of work to simplify and modernize the administrative experience of the software which is nice but there are no major issues with signals at all!
Signals powers our chatbot that allows prospects on our site to chat live with a sales rep, leave there contact info, and even allows them to book meetings with our reps.
