It's real time features, allowing you to make decisions quickly and effectively depending on your audience's behaviour.

It would be nice to be able to sort concurrents with more options, such as where traffic has come from.

I think audience data is getting more specific, and it's great that we can see audience split into new, recurring, loyal etc.

Super helpful for keeping people engaged on our website

What do you like best about Chartbeat?

When I'm editing the front page of our site, I use Chartbeat to see which articles are grabbing people's attention. It's helpful to keep people engaged, reading, clicking around. I love the daily reports that tell me which of my stories got the most views so I can see if people are actually reading my work and if not, I can try to improve on that.

Before a training session there were a few features I didn't know how to use but now I do.

Chartbeat delivers the analytics you need to make good digital decisions

What do you like best about Chartbeat?

I love everything about using Chartbeat, but will pick the top features! The real-time data and heads up display features help identify content that is doing well so it can be surfaced appropriately and give the information on content that is underperforming so it can be changed or replaced. This helps tremendously with content placement for maximized results. The headline testing is invaluable, especially when a piece of content should be performing better than it is. The trend line helps illustrate how the site is performing over time when compared historically.

What do you dislike about Chartbeat?

That we didn't have this service sooner! Sometimes pieces of content show in multiple separate lines rather than being included in one total.

Recommendations to others considering Chartbeat?

Highly recommend for organizations wishing to grow their digital footprint.
