The support from Carestack. And they are always looking for improvement. I love ❤️ is a cloud base software.

It's a cloud base software . I can access from anywhere.
One of the best things our office likes about Carestack is the customer support and so many features that are customizable for our own office systems.
Because Carestack is a newer software, training new staff can be lengthy.
Carestack has been really helpful in integrating patient online communication, online patient forms and patient payments. The KPI reports have also been helpful.
I like the chat support and how available they are. We have questions on occasion about little tasks like how to send out mass emails or creat reports and they help! Can also remote into your computer.
Nothing really, now that I am experienced with it. I orgiginally had a hard time creating appointments with all of the clock offs but now I know how to do them.
Easy to view all aspects of care, even with Memo
It is very user friendly, and the support staff always very friendly and helpful.

Efficiency is key! We have increased our collections/production substantially with the utilization of Carestack. Less time is spent intaking new patients, charting, treatment planning and just general patient communications. This freed up time has resulted in more butts in the chair!
The ledger is not very fun. There also seems to be a lot of updates, which can make acclimating the the new screen functions confusing at times.
Faster service for our patients. We are able to intake new patients, create treatment plans and provide treatment oftentimes within an hour!
It has flexibility of use, and ease to end user experience. We were an early adopter of Carestack. Has fantastic KPI functions and clinical charting. Our Client specialist is a great asset to our teeam.
I have seen CS grow over last 6 years, Love the innovation, and not too much to dislike. I am excited of enhancments to RCM that are on the way that needed attention.
Call Center feature, Medical Billing is on it way. Future of the KPI dashboard is exciting to see, RCM to have our collections as a company hit 98-99% this year.
Number one is that the team listens and takes action on our suggestions. The platform is powerful and gives us great insight into our business and a solid connection with our patients.
As with any new software, the conversion process is challenging. Even though the team was great, the process exposed areas that we needed to improve, so maybe it was moreso a double-edged sword.

Wish we had a little more flexibility with reports, yes we can ask for a custom report but it would be nice to be able to get the information ourselves anytime of the day.

Creating different user profiles to limit the access of what each person can do so items are not altered in error.

The reports and insights continue to improve, but are the main area for future development.

I personally love the claims tracking features. It's so easy to submit claims, update insurance information and payor IDs
the only downside I have experienced is the connection between Carestack and Xrays systems
I have noticed an update on the Payors List that has made my transmition of claims way smoother.
