What do you like best?
Love all of the features that are included in the software so you don't have to use third party vendors. For example, the two way patient texting, text message and email automated appointment reminders, electronic new patient paperwork, virtual waiting room, online patient portal, cloud based system so you can login and work from home, etc. Also, their support staff is the BEST! You don't have to wait on the phone forever to speak with someone and they always go out of their way to try to find a solution for you.
What do you dislike?
We are primarily an orthodontic office and some of the features on the ortho side still need to be changed to work more effectively. For example, you cannot set up a patient or insurance payment plan and contract if the patient or insurance pays in full, once the ortho case has been created you cannot edit the initial insurance payment or periodic payment amounts, there is no option to create a separate billing order for patient and insurance payment plans, etc. I know that they are aware of these issues so hopefully they will be releasing a solution to them soon.

Carestack has a ton of built in benefits to it's software so it saves time, effort, and money from having to outsource with other companies.
