What do you like best?

That one service can do everything we need.

What do you dislike?

I would like demographics to be populated from a patient demographic form

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Where do I begin? They have made our office so much more efficient. We have been able to do more stuff with less staff. It’s been great.

What do you like best?

The software has everything in one platform, which goes with our mantra -w working smarter, not harder.

There customer service is AMAZING! When you need support, they are there for you.

What do you dislike?

There is nothing I dislike at this point.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Have one of CareStack's team members on site the day of conversion. Worthwhile investment.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The biggest benefit is time to treatment plan. What used to take us 15-20 minutes now happens in only a few minutes.

"Easy to use, Top Notch Customer Support"

What do you like best?

All locations under one database, uniformed treatment notes. The capability of entering in insurance fee schedules to accurately present patient responsibility in the treatment plans.

What do you dislike?

Wish we had a little more flexibility with reports, yes we can ask for a custom report but it would be nice to be able to get the information ourselves anytime of the day.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The capability of entering in insurance fee schedules to accurately present patient responsibility in the treatment plans which helps limit the number of statements that have to be sent to a patient after insurance pays. Creating different user profiles to limit the access of what each person can do so items are not altered in error.

What do you like best?

Our company really likes the fact we can access work from home since Carestack is cloud-based.

The interoffice messaging is great to communicate with staff from the operatories to the front desk. The staff never have to leave the chair but we are always in full communication and all on the same page. In this new era with the pandemic, it's been extremely helpful to communicate next visit appointments that need to be scheduled since routers are not an option.

What do you dislike?

I wouldn't say I dislike anything I just wish services that were performed for the date of service were easier to remove from the ledger once put in the chart and completed. The steps it takes to change, remove, and or delete procedures are a bit time-consuming.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are problem-solving around our insurance fee schedules and treatment planning. This is a benefit that was a huge struggle with our old operating system and prices not being accurate at the time of the service, but with care stack, we are able to verify insurance for each patient before they walk in the for.

I like the fact that organization comes easy and that the website allows you to extensively organize with details.

There is nothing to dislike, this dental software system is a life-saver!

What do you like best?

So new, so innovative, in the cloud which just makes life so much easier. I wish that more people were more interested in forward thinking companies like care stack

What do you dislike?

the price I suppose otherwise nothing! I do not know what anyone can say negative about this product, maybe they did not have to suffer with the one we used previously!

Please switch to this, you will not regret it!

so many features, so many options. Compared to the last software we used this has changed everything. We are now able to function without manually changing things that our previous practice mgmt software could not support. Please believe me this is the software for your dental office.

"Carestack Review"

What do you like best?

Love all of the features that are included in the software so you don't have to use third party vendors. For example, the two way patient texting, text message and email automated appointment reminders, electronic new patient paperwork, virtual waiting room, online patient portal, cloud based system so you can login and work from home, etc. Also, their support staff is the BEST! You don't have to wait on the phone forever to speak with someone and they always go out of their way to try to find a solution for you.

What do you dislike?

We are primarily an orthodontic office and some of the features on the ortho side still need to be changed to work more effectively. For example, you cannot set up a patient or insurance payment plan and contract if the patient or insurance pays in full, once the ortho case has been created you cannot edit the initial insurance payment or periodic payment amounts, there is no option to create a separate billing order for patient and insurance payment plans, etc. I know that they are aware of these issues so hopefully they will be releasing a solution to them soon.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Carestack has a ton of built in benefits to it's software so it saves time, effort, and money from having to outsource with other companies.
