Very Professional, yet Friendly Helpful Staff

Technical support: quick to answer phone, quick to identify issue and provide clear and correct solution.

I had the unfortunate problem today that my Sage accounts had warning errors displayed. I called Sage helpdesk and spoke to William who calmly assured me he would do his best to fix my problem. on hold for a very short while, came back on and got my problem all sorted, back up and running very quickly. Total genius!

Whenever and whatever I have a problem with I know I can just phone Sage and there is always a nice knowledgeable person on the the other end ready to resolve my query.

I was able to resolve the problem I had on my SAGE 50 account quickly, with the very knowledgeable and friendly Jordan from the telephone Help team.
He was able to navigate me through the process necessary to resolve the issues I had.

The knowledge and expertise of Adam made my issue seem simple. He was very knowledgeable, understood exactly what I needed to do and assisted me. He was kind and patient with somebody that isn't technical minded. Very satisfied with the assistance.

I had a big problem with payroll but sage solved my problem straight away. I love the fact that they will take over my machine by remote and gets everything done for me. Brilliant.

We made a decision as a business to move to Sage HR just before Christmas, with an unrealistic self imposed deadline of having it all up and running for January 2026.

Even with such a tight timeframe, Philip Daly & his team in Sage HR worked to arrange multiple sessions right up to Christmas Eve, and again first day back in New Year to get us up and running.

The Onboarding has been really useful in demonstrating the full functionality of the software, and I can see how it will be a time saving investment for the Company.

We have it live, and staff are giving positive feedback on the system already.

Massive thanks to Philip for helping to guide me through the process, with lots of expertise, patience and good humor.

Would recommend both the Company & the Software.
