What do you like best about Bullhorn ATS & CRM?Bullhorn are constantly investing in their technology and improving the services you offer to your users and love that you are constantly buying other business and intergrating their systems into yours to make a better experience for us as an agency and in turn enabling us to offer a better service to our candidates and clients.What do you dislike about Bullhorn ATS & CRM?Your ATS suport team are incredible, but your automations and new systems support is not currently as strong, it is taken you a while to train the new systems to the level we have come to expect from Bullhorn ATS.What problems is Bullhorn ATS & CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?Automations, messaging candidates to update their own information and they reply very quickly to texts to confirm interest in jobs

What do you like best about Bullhorn ATS & CRM?Consistency. Can't complain. They've been a reliable partner for my business. I live in Bullhorn and use it 5-7 days a week.What do you dislike about Bullhorn ATS & CRM?15+ years ago, when I first became a customer, I'd say they charged me too much, but they've since righted the ship and are more reasonable. I trust they won't try to raise my price next year :).What problems is Bullhorn ATS & CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?A reliable place to consolidate information related to my recruiting/executive search firm.

What do you like best about Bullhorn ATS & CRM?I like how quickly I can invoice clients!What do you dislike about Bullhorn ATS & CRM?Finding employee profiles, especially those with multiple engagments.What problems is Bullhorn ATS & CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?Solving the ease of invoicing. I am able to quckly invoice and delete invoices if needed.

What do you like best about Bullhorn ATS & CRM?I like that Its interface is clean and easy to navigate, also makes the process of logging hours smooth and efficient. When using the app it provides clear explanations for most features.What do you dislike about Bullhorn ATS & CRM?However, the weekly timesheet entry feature could use some refinement. The way dates are displayed and selected can be a bit confusing, especially when trying to align entries with specific weeks.What problems is Bullhorn ATS & CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?That app solve to problem of having my timesheet done on time algo I believe that it makes recruiting and managing clients so much easier by automating tasks and keeping everything in one place. An other problem that this solves it is time management because it saves time by cutting out repetitive work and making sure you’re on top of compliance. Overall, it helps me focus more on building strong relationships and getting results.

What do you like best about Bullhorn ATS & CRM?Bullhorn's drag-and-drop feature for parsing resumes saves so much time when entering candidates into the system, and the functionality within the platform makes it easy to make notes. The Outlook integration is so convenient, adding meetings to your calendar, sending you reminders, and even allowing you to email candidates directly from Bullhorn. What do you dislike about Bullhorn ATS & CRM? Recommendations to others considering Bullhorn ATS & CRM?If there are ever issues, Bullhorn Support is always quick to assist. Even for "low priority" issues I typically have a resolution within 1-2 business days. For anything else, my account manager is always responsive top inquiries.What problems is Bullhorn ATS & CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?The search bar's results are sometimes inconsistent. However, in recent chats my account manager has indicated that Bullhorn is actively working to improve the search feature and will roll out updates very shortly.
