We have been using Boxphish for our cyber security training, and the experience has been outstanding. Our staff absolutely love the short, sharp training sessions. The topics are highly relevant and have significantly improved our knowledge of cyber attacks, both in a corporate and personal context.

The management team is equally impressed. We have achieved buy-in at all levels, and our compliance rates have increased, maintaining over 95% month on month. This is a testament to the effectiveness of Boxphish's training programs.

Our staff have enjoyed this training, it was very easy to set every thing up, we have had a few new members of staff join us at various points and adding them on was also very easy.

Boxphish have built a multitool product providing both on demand or automated phishing simulations, along side reporting and courses for education / re-education purposes.

The simulations sent to users are dynamic and vary in difficulty, yet align with the training that we provide and still allow users to identify phishing emails without the tangible risk of compromising security, instead they are met with a hygeinic landing page showing tips on how to improve their approach to identification.

We really like and appreciate the simple interface of the tooling and use it almost daily to understand our risky users

Staff love this training. A great advantage is the monthly courses - rather than one long course that all forget the content, staff actually look forward to the videos & what they will learn. The video courses are short, snappy & relevant to them at work & personally.

The dashboard allows monitoring of those that need some help without putting staff on the spot. The software was easy to set-up and the onboarding process was simple. Yaz was very helpful at the start and also with the checking-in to ensure that all is running smoothly.

BoxPhish has completly changed we manage our users, their dashboard UI is super easy to navigate the design is brilliant and functions are only a click away.

No realy sure what to say here. The colour.

It's a simple but very comprehensive platform to test and train your staff. The support is great. The intregration with Google directory was a very useful improvment. The reports are clear enought to easily track the usage.

I can not think of anything I dislike. It does what it says!

Cyber security training is essential nowadays.

The biggest strength is the admin portal. Central access to reports, user information and scheduling training and simulations. From an IT admin view it makes life easy. Quickly manually add new users or integrate with our Google Workspace. With new updates always being added, I logon frequently to keep up to date with stats and the new features.

Also content of the training provided is top notch. Short videos help the end users stay engaged rather than a long (usually boring) video. Finished off with a few questions to make sure the information has been taken in.

Everyone at Boxphish I have dealt with have been great. No issue too big or small. From the support side (when I need to pick their brains) to Yaz our account manager. Great company to deal with. No pressure regarding sales and they will bend over backwards to make sure you are happy with the product and service.
