Bitglass is a cloud security management platform that helps businesses with their cloud space and interaction facilities. The platform is capable of securing remote workers from all kinds of threats, besides enabling zero trust access for multiple apps and BYO devices without human agents. Bitglass can be integrated with external platforms like Cylance and Bitdefender to facilitate advanced threat protection against all kinds of interaction. Users can even block threats on any device and quarantine the particulars in the cloud. The platform provides an on-device proxy that eliminates backhaul bottlenecks. In addition, users can also control access by risk rating, category and user group. Bitglass helps companies to enforce uniform and granular DLP with any combination of users, apps, locations and devices of their choice. It also comes with a pre-built library for numerous sensitive data patterns and compliance frameworks. At last, the platform ensures constant reverse proxy uptime as the apps change and grow with AJAX-VM.

What do you like best?

It adds an extra layer of security to having email on personal devices.

What do you dislike?

It is an extra step for users and quite the process to get rolled out to all users.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Be prepared for the implementation process if you have many users. Any heightened security measures will bring about a learning/acceptance curve and is not isolated to Bitglass.

What do you like best?

Bitglass is used when authenticating users who are signing in to our corporate email. It is a great tool when it works properly.

What do you dislike?

There is one major thing to dislike about bitglass. It does cause issues when signing in to the email occasionally based on the website. when this happens it will tell the user their user is or password is incorrect.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Bitglass benefits our company by authentication for users who are accessing their emails.
