Bidtracer is a user friendly tool, it is easy to impliment in the organization and has a wide customer support. Allows the use of features like bidding, tracking the bids, maintains all the documents in one place and helps connecting with other members. It is easy to integrate as it uses a cloud based solution that can be integrated to a wide variety of legacy systems.

it needs learning the tool via proper sessions to be able to use its advanced features, and has a limited customization options with it. It might be costly tool for smaller organizations and that is one of the most common dislikes about the tool. Ocassional glitches and troubles with the integrated systems is also observed.
