I shared with my colleagues that they would regret not working with Bazaarvoice—the value far outweighed our concerns compared to the minimal cost and ease of the integration and implementation. With their support, we exceeded our 12-month rolling period $5M goal in just four months by millions. Their insights, metrics, and design recommendations for our PDP and PLP layouts were invaluable. I highly recommend them as a partner!

I can't think of anything that I dislike about Bazaarvoice.

Bazaarvoice is helping to increase our conversion rate, AOV, and user experience for our customers.

The ability to respond to customers reviews either to thank them, or gather feedback to improve products or future developements.

Being able to gather additional reviews with the sampling programs, is a great asset. If a product isn't performing as well as others, we sample out to generate more positive reviews, which generates more confidence in the brands leading to increases in sales.

Sometimes the setup of new connections can be a pain.

Being able to respond to customer reviews from a group of customers really streamlines monitoring of customer reviews.

Bazaarvoice is very helpful in ensuring our new product launches have reviews and making sure those reviews are syndicated to our retailers. The sampling service is very quick and efficient, and it is easy to make sure those reviews are being syndicated to all necassary channels. The connections portal is a convenient way to respond to all questions and reviews and keep our content scores up with our retailers.

I like it's integration and ability to effectively make changes across many important retail accounts.

Some of the navigation and workflow within their portal is not perfectly user friendly and at times has required additional information to complete a task/process.

We are solving the need to have reviews appear across retailers instead of remaining silo'ed within the initial retailer that received the review. This benefits us by showing a lot more uniformity across the web/retailers for customers to be aware of the brand and have a desire to transact based on good information.

It's great that we can use Bazaarvoice to display our website review on other retailer sites.

Bazaarvoice is one of the only platform to syndicate product reviews with other retailers, so alternate options are somewhat limited.

The Bazaarvoice network is massive, and most prominent retailers use it. It is effortless to connect syndication partners.

The implementation is a very long process when setting up various features.

Bazaarvoice is a trusted source for review. They provide consumers the trusted insight they need to make their buying decision.

What isn't to like - the customer support is fantastic Bazaarvoice have been attentive from the moment we did our integration through to BAU, we have had constant support. We are especially happy with the ease of syndication which is important for our brand with a presence across a number of marketplaces globally, and the fact the syndication goes both ways, helping the volume of reviews online giving us good insights into how customers feel about our products. It was also an easy way of introducing UGC into our sites as the implementation happened at the same time and we are totally in control of what flows through along with the pages it displays on.

The cost is higher than some other tools and I spend time justifying the expense. We also haven't introduced other products they offer due to pricing.

Gathering Reviews to help generate purchasing confidence for all of our customers globally, this also benefits our SEO.

Only downside was in seeking help to seperate our brand from a similar named brand also using the service. We received some reviews for products that were not ours

Sometimes it takes a while to get things corrected if something goes wrong.
