Instant Network Insight, Effortless Multi-Site Management
What do you like best about Auvik?
I love Auvik because it gives me instant, accurate visibility into even messy networks. Automatic Discovery, Real-Time maps, and smart alerts mean I can walk into a new client and understand their environment in minutes instead of days. Its multi-site, MSP-friendly design lets me manage many clients' networks in one place. Clean hierarchy and shared collectors enable scaling. Features like new device alert, automated config backups, and vendor-agnostic support turn it into a source of truth. They give me instant change control on networks. If something new shows up, I know within minutes. The initial setup was pretty pain-free.

I like being able to access webpages of devices through the Auvik dashboard. It makes it much easier to jump into a client environment and solve issues. We didn't need a VPN tunnel to every customer site, and it was easier to manage. The initial setup was very easy once we learned the rollout process.
