Favorite features and items in Autodesk construction cloud

What do you like best about Autodesk Construction Cloud?

I like that you can be anywhere in the field and are able to access all plan sheets, specs, other project files, etc. The sync feature really helps when you are in a situation with no service or bad Wi-fi, this was a game changer for me. I utilize Autodesk construction cloud on a daily basis for the daily report form feature. All foremen love this app because it is easy to use, and everyone is able to access the same information. The markup feature also allows to show changes that occur in the field. This app helps bridge the gap between the field and office.

What do you dislike about Autodesk Construction Cloud?

The downside of this is the desktop version, in my experience, this version was a bit slow and lagging. But I was able to contact customer support on the desktop version.

What problems is Autodesk Construction Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

Autodesk helps create and establish clear communication between the field and office side of construction. Estimators may do takeoffs on bluebeam and the foreman/engineer can check these quantities in the field by doing a quick takeoff. Autodesk is also a great tool to manage plan sheets by using the naming feature, numbering sheets, putting them in the correct order, and hyperlinking specs on details/notes in the drawing. This saves lots of time in the field allowing for a faster and smoother workflow. Autodesk also is great at adding pictures in locations to show what out in the real world vs what the plans say, this is helpful for change orders or t&m work.

It´s a CDE that allows you to develop all activities related to a real construction project, here I found different tools as reviews flows, build, etc. functions that are useful, besides the CDE is compatible with many differents format such as .RVT, DWG, NWC, IFC, etc and this is awesome when you are coordinating a big project

I didn´t found something that really dislikes me, but maybe sometimes the servers are not as fast as i like but it´s someting that i could understand, there are many variables in there

ACC makes easy to include people that has or hasn't previous experience with any Autodesk software, it's really easy to learn how to use it and use all the tools that this can provide, it is always improving and encouraging collaboration in real time.

The fact that build needs a different license, I would like to see more options to create custom dashboards in ACC directly, working with the schedule, a way to facilitate or add AI to the meetings, that way it could be easy to take notes, make action items...

The ease of implementation and the coordination. We can easily detect the clashes and can view the federated model without Navis works for a quick review and markups.

When someone does not publish the latest model, it does not reflect the changes as per the latest model when downloaded directly from ACC.

I love the ability to customize and use keystrokes. I feel like it was easy to learn and super helpful with FAQs.

I don't like how slow it is sometimes. When you get a lot of stuff in your project it is pretty slow and will crash sometimes.
