I use Asurint Background Screening Solutions for all our background check needs, remote drug screens, and managing one of our customer's DOT random testing. I feel that the results come quickly, and the platform has been updated. All aspects of the process run smoothly, from submitting, invoicing, to service. The initial setup was a good process, without any issues. It's also integrated with Avionte, which is convenient. I'm very likely to recommend it to others, rating my likelihood as a 10 out of 10.

It is a simple process. You ran the background; it pulls the data from their profile and shows up into their profile once completed.

What sticks out to me about Asurint is the chat feature that connects you to a customer service representative. In my office, we use several screening services, and any time there is a problem, the chat feature would be beneficial. Asurint's reps are knowledgeable and fast at what they do, so any issue that arises is addressed and solved quickly.

Sometimes, depending on the circumstance, the reports are difficult to follow. The way the background reports are displayed when they get sent back to you needs some refinement. Most of the time, they are relatively simple, but some data sets get lost in translation when Asurint puts them into their format.

I recommend using a CRM or ATS that allows you to integrate Asurint

I work in the staffing industry, and we do background screenings for many clients. The most significant benefit of Asurint is the speed at which they return reports once you submit them. I use some other screening vendors regularly, but none of them compare to the rate of Asurint.

Packages for background checks are completely customizable and include drug testing.

Really nothing. They are easy to contact and ask questions. They make adjustments very quickly. The checks come back in a reasonable time frame. We've been with them for three years and really enjoy working with them.

We wanted to centralize the background check and drug testing process for new hires. This has helped us do that and have a system that integrates well with our HRIS - UKG. We have less administrative work, quicker response rates and an easy to use platform.

I like that most of the background screens come back fairly quickly, given the situation our country is in.

I do wish that there was an easier way to get an update for the ETA.

We have been able to find jobs that are a good fit for associates and help out with their career goals.

The ability to allow candidates to complete their portion of the background template instead of the ER conducting the data entry (less errors). Estimated date of reports based on their data response. Able to score reports that have a hit within the file. The scoring triggers the FCRA requirements.

Having to follow up on a delayed report (which is over the timeline).

Ensuring that candidates that are being brought onboard do not pose a risk to our clients particularly when dealing with PII.

I love that when i have an urgent need of information i know submitting it here i will always get and urgent response in a fair amount of time. Most common time from is less then two mintutes worst case scenario about 3 days on average i couldn't ask for anything better when making a decision to best serve my customers and there safety and well being.

I would like to see the browser set up updated a little but it does the job just the same so i dont feel the need to complain other then that its perfect. integrates with my current softwares very easily so i can track any progress made with this software and utilize it most efficiently.

I would recommend this software to anyone who wants to properly screen there employees for the best possible outcome it has not let me down yet and i can always count on reliable results using this software and still get a quick turn around time. All of my customers tell me how much they appreciate the extra screening process we go through as they have minimal issues with anyone we refer.

I am finding out when individuals are not being truthful with me and causing me to spend less time on turnover due to lack of trust and getting more people who can be held accountable for the assignment given on a regular basis.

It is a fairly easy product to use both for administrators and applicants.

With the current product/packages we have, the background check is not as thorough as it could be.

We need a quick background screening product to onboard candidates.

Explanations regarding which backgrounds cover a paticular state, county, etc. the depth and scope can be confusing.
