Asset Panda allows you to formulate your own internal processes from the ground up with all the nuances and additional details. This differs greatly from most of the asset management software available on the market today, as typically the user is expected to conform to in-built processes with limited customization. With Asset Panda you can build the software around the business rather than the business around the software.

The downsides to using Asset Panda are limited and relatively trivial. The dashboard feature could use some tweaking as it is far from comprehensive and although the interface is reasonably aesthetic and functional it could use a bit of a facelift.

Asset Panda is solving the problem of having to rewrite procedures and redevelop business practices to fall more in line with a software's capabilities. With Asset Panda you can create and customize actions/processes to emulate your business's undertakings.

I like how user-friendly and straightforward this asset software is. I also appreciate that you can add new categories that fit the needs of the business.

The only things I would change is the auto timeout feature, I wish there was a way to turn it off. Also, it would be nice if I could click to the next asset in the list without needing to go back to my search results.

I am an IT Specialist and I set up or replace computers on a weekly basis for the employees of my company. I use Asset Panda to keep track of these computers so I know who is in possession of them.

I love how easy it is to import assets and the ability to use the mobile app.

I can not think of anything that I dislike.

The ability to upload assets and related info is easy. Tech support is wonderful!

Our Accounting department is going to move away from their antiquated and clunky system to the IT asset systems.

Love the fact that you have different options on viewing managing your inventory.

Highly recommend Asset Panda. The support was great in getting the initial setup and transition from Red Beam.

Keeping track of our inventory with who has checked-out or in the equipment. Biggest benefit is using the app on phones or pads and not having to worry about getting to a computer view inventory.

Being able to create a solution that does specifically what I need is amazing!

I have to frequently log back in if i get pulled away for 10 minutes (which happens often) i have to keep logging back in.

If you are still messing with spreadsheets, do yourself a favor and join the Panda Family! Great support, amazing solution, and we saw ROI in the first 6 months!

All data is centralized. Less questions amongst employees, and more answers.

I love that it is cloud based, so accessible from any connected device. The mobile app makes it so easy to maintain the system and the fleet on the go.
