I am not sure why I see so many bad reviews. I used Asana for a few years and am quite happy with it. Free version is adequate for up to 15 people.

What do you like best about Asana?Asana provides a user-friendly interface that makes onboarding quick and navigation simple. I can easily visualize our projects, tasks, recurring tasks, and timelines, allowing for clear oversight of both individual and team responsibilities. What do you dislike about Asana? Recommendations to others considering Asana?I use Asana to ensure that actionable items discussed in meetings are completed and that nothing gets overlooked.What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?I couldn't automatically integrate the action items using the Decisions Meeting app in Asana. I have to do it manually.

Simplifying my work life

What do you like best about Asana?I have used a variety of tools to stay organized and manage projects but Asana is my favorite. I have found Asana really helpful for organizing and keeping track of my daily, weekly, and longer-term tasks. It is intuitive and simple to use. There are more complex features and capabilities available, but they don't feel overwhelming. Their trainings are also helpful.What do you dislike about Asana?Sometimes learning the more complex features can feel a bit overwhelming. What do you like best about Asana?It is super user friendly and intuitive than most project management tools I have used. For someone that uses it everyday, I find it easy to keep track of both work and personal goals. The mobile app is also very easy to use and makes the experience so much better.What do you dislike about Asana?I like to track my projects and the fact that Asana doesn't have a built in time tracker is a bummer. It would be a great feature to the tool.What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?Asana is helping our team of 15 people keep track of over 6 clients in one place. We are able to seamlessly collaborate while at the same time giving everyone their own separate space for their personal goals.

What do you like best about Asana?The most helpful thing about Asana is the goal management feature. There are ways to separate goals by company wide, specific teams, or individually. You are also able to track goals with ease, which helps to keep you accountable for deadlines of each goal.What do you dislike about Asana?I currently do not have any cons with using Asana.What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?Asana is resolving the issue of project & goal management within my team as it makes it fairly simple, but also extremely effective.

What do you like best about Asana?I really enjoy the new integrated AI features. It was been helpful for me to use them as reporting tools and to support efficiency in workflows.What do you dislike about Asana?The tool is only as good as the data input, and its always a challenge to get data inputs to be fully utilized and effective across a large company. That sometimes requires lots of repeat tasks and busy work.What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?Asana helps solve the problem of standard workflows for a growing organization.

Easy to use and easy to configure to your process/project management needs

What do you like best about Asana?Ability to customize each project for specific tracking/process needs.What do you dislike about Asana?Time tracking - many different types of consultants and professional services firms round billable time up to the nearest 15 minutes. I wish that was built into Asana. You can track time, but it doesn't do rounding.What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?Challenges collaborating on client projects. Other platforms we've tried had too big of a learning curve or just weren't intuitive enough for guest users to figure out, so they wouldn't use them to answer questions/collaborate. Asana is much more user friendly than other systems we've tried, and our clients more easily adapt to using it.
