I am not sure why I see so many bad reviews. I used Asana for a few years and am quite happy with it. Free version is adequate for up to 15 people.

Love Asana

Love Asana! I use it at my company and couldn't imagine my life without it. Seems like a lot of the reviews are for self service or like super small groups using the service. We use it at the company level and have amazing support and service. Ai is AMAZING!

Excellent task manager

Excellent task manager for small teams, I would say a discovery, I was looking for an easy replacement for Jira, the mobile version was important. I recommend at least trying it if you have a team of up to 15 people.

I've been using Asana since 2017 and it's been a great experience so far.

At the end of the day, it's a project management tool, so it's only as good as how you set it up.

Highly recommend it for small teams that collaborate quite often on tasks and projects.

Tons of features with a clean UI

I love that Asana is free for small companies like mine. I'm a solo freelancer and don't need a lot of features. But Asana offers a ton of features and I love the UI.

Some other 1,2,3 star reviews here talk about pricing problems. The only thing about Asana I don't like is their billing model. If they would remove the 3 user minimum I would actually pay for it. But I'm a freelancer so it doesn't make sense.
