What do you like best about Articulate 360?I like the variety of features in Articulate 360. It helps me make training and the experience more dynamic and simple. I have been using Rise 360 a lot to create content and I really enjoy customizing images and colors, as well as using cards and including audio and video to make the content more dynamic.What do you dislike about Articulate 360?I find Storyline complex and couldn't use the tool. To use it, I need to download an application and go to another environment instead of working directly on the site. I also find it complicated that the tool is in English and that I need to use commands in English to be more accurate.What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?I use Articulate 360 to make training and the experience more dynamic and simple.

What do you like best about Articulate 360?I like the ease of creating content in Articulate 360. What do you like best about Articulate 360?Articulate 360 is easy to use and makes it simple to create a wide range of learning materials. I like that you can get really creative and build something from scratch, or save time by starting with the off-the-shelf templates.What do you dislike about Articulate 360?This applies to Rise only. If you work globally, for example, if you have a team or organisation in Europe and another in the US, and your subscriptions are tied to different datacentres, you can’t share courses between accounts. The only workaround I’ve found is having to buy the subscription twice in order to share the same courses across both.What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?Adding more AI features has helped speed up certain parts of course creation. I also like that new features are being added, such as integrations with other AI products, which means I can use Articulate with tools I already have a subscription for.

What do you like best about Articulate 360?I like the ideas of Articulate 360 and how it can create training with any content I provide, in addition to making animations. I have difficult content to transform into courses, especially when the subject is complex and the audience has limited understanding, and the software helps me with that. It also helps me mainly with time and creativity.What do you dislike about Articulate 360?I think the photos could be more realistic, although I believe this is not a peculiarity of Articulate 360's AI. Sometimes it changes things in the photo that I didn't ask to change; it should stick only to the changes I request. The initial setup was also not easy for me because I am not proficient in English, but I am getting used to it.What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?In creating corporate training, Articulate 360 helps me mainly with time and creativity. When I provide difficult content, especially complex subjects for audiences with limited understanding, it helps me transform them into courses and also creates animations.

What do you like best about Articulate 360?I find Articulate 360 fairly easy to use for creating courses, especially Rise, which I really like because it’s so simple. We prefer Rise over a similar course-creation tool we considered. I’ve had a very positive experience with the support staff, especially during our accessibility audit, and I find it fairly easy to talk to someone at Articulate if I have concerns. I like the constant innovations and am excited about some of the new product updates, though I haven’t used them properly yet. I also like the community aspect and enjoyed Articuland London mostly. The people who work at Articulate seem genuinely nice. I find Articulate 360 a very smooth product, and I think it’s easy to use, with support available if something goes wrong.What do you dislike about Articulate 360?I was surprised that Articulate hasn’t spent more time on accessibility, and I think it should be much more of a priority. I also couldn’t find a way to give Copilot access to my Articulate courses, so I have to screenshot individual pages, which is really time-consuming. I expected Articulate to be more embedded in my workflow. Messing around with seats is a bit of a pain, though that doesn’t really affect me now as we have a central team. Articulate licenses are expensive, especially for an individual contractor.What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?I find Articulate 360 makes creating courses fairly easy, especially with Rise.

What do you like best about Articulate 360?I love the UX. The layout of the 360 suite is very easy to navigate and use, which means I can create and review content quickly. No matter the project, 360 has a tool that fits the job. From microlearnings to longer courses, Articulate 360 can handle whatever workload we throw at it. We use the Rise tool a lot because it lets us build content fast with its easy-to-use, pre-built course blocks, helping me put everything together in good time.What do you dislike about Articulate 360?Some of the tools feel pretty restrictive and aren’t as customizable as I’d like. Storyline does offer a lot of flexibility and the ability to create what you need, but the overall system feels very dated and not nearly as easy to use as the rest of the 360 suite. Because of that, for the time invested in building Storyline content, it doesn’t really warrant the result, so we tend to stick with Rise for the bulk of our workload.What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?We have a lot of training requests that are quick wins, and the ability to create content quickly within Rise and to integrate the review comments within the same platform speeds up these already tight timelines, allowing us to move on to the next project faster.

What do you like best about Articulate 360?Brilliant range of tools that are regularly updated. New Dashboard helps organise content more easily. Frontline and Nova are new innovative solutions for example. Being able to collaborate in Teams. Storyline is a really powerful tool - way more than just 'PowerPoint on steroids'...you can build anything, including powerful tools. Rise is modern, responsive and fully accessible, with output seamlessly to any device and web and Scorm output. AI integration is increasingly successful and powerful. Translation skinning is easy and accurate. New custom blocks help with creativity and Code blocks allow for truly powerful HTML with Javascript iterations. The AI tutor is a great innovation. Support is always responsive. Integrates well with other tools and workflows.What do you dislike about Articulate 360?For us as a company Frontline is less helpful as the content sits on Articulate servers and as a company our clients want the material on our own servers and LMS...it's a GDPR and other security compliant issues. Being able to export out would solve the issue.What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?Ability to develop resources quickly and where need with enormous complexity and power. Being able to collaborate across a company through Team helps enormously. Being able to create responsive and accessible material is essential as well as being able to output for different devices and formats is essential. Localisation is easy as well. Reasonable pricing for a medium to large enterprise. AI integration improves all the time. Vibe coding enables creation of amazing resources.
