"The Most Flexible Field Data Collection Tool"

What do you like best about Appenate?

Appenate has been a game-changer for our organisation. I like the flexibility of the tool in that it allows us to easily adapt a process we perform in the field into a digital version without the need to develop a complex system.

What do you dislike about Appenate?

There is not much I don't like about Appenate, it ticks all the right boxes for us when it comes to a low-code tool that unlocks great potential in our business. The learning curve to get started with the tool is a bit steep, it requires time and effort to get your apps to a place where they are working well and as you intend but once you have mastered the screen building then you are set to create some very useful tools.

Recommendations to others considering Appenate:

We have tried many other low-code data collection solutions and after careful evaluation, we settled on Appenate as our platform of choice.

What problems is Appenate solving and how is that benefiting you?

Appenate has solved the issue of digitization for us. We were using large amounts of paper-based methods to capture data in the field and felt that there wasn't a single solution that could help us collect data and process it through a database of our choice. Appenate has changed this for us. Our assessment and field teams have increased their efficiency and our clients love the quick response we can now give them.

Easy to use, great functionality, and affordable price tag

PROS: Great consistency in the overall product, user experience and customer service. Ease-Of-Use Functionality Continuous Feature Development Great Customer Service Affordable Pricing Structure There’s been a great reduction in time preparing audits and audit reports as well as standardising the auditing process. Great service, good feature improvements.

A flexible solution that requires little or no programming skills

PROS: I was very taken with the overall vision of the product. The maturity of the platform, open interfaces, and workflow functionality are what made Appenate stand out from its competitors during our final evaluation process. We were impressed by the easy-to-use dynamic screens Appenate has available which can be used to create Forms and intuitive, data-driven applications. The affordable per user pricing was an added plus. The company's time tracking process is now much more stable, efficient and fail-safe.

CONS: My initial concerns when embarking on this project was to find a platform that is stable, reliable, and capable of handling a large number of accounts. I'm happy that Appenate has ticked all of these boxes.

What do you like best?

I love how you can create custom PDF from the forms that capture all the data I need. The drag and drop interface is very useful too.

What do you dislike?

It does not have the 2-factor authentication. Maybe if there was a chance for the prohrammers to add their input it would be' perfect.
