Reliable Remote Access with Minimal Setup
What do you like best about AnyDesk?
I like AnyDesk for its fast and reliable access and its simple interface. It offers smooth performance even on slower connections. It's very easy to connect and troubleshoot without much setup. It responds quickly and stays smooth without any major lag, even on slow internet. The initial setup is straightforward and doesn't require any super technical knowledge.
What do you dislike about AnyDesk?
Overall AnyDesk works well for me but it would be great if it made file transfer a little faster and provided more consistent performance during longer remote sessions. I experienced session termination during longer remote sessions. They can improve by faster speed and better stability of data transmission and improving connection stability for longer sessions without or reduced unexpected disconnections, or a quick reconnect option that restores the session automatically without reconnecting from the start.
What problems is AnyDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?
AnyDesk allows me to work remotely during the pandemic from home, accessing my office computer easily despite the distance. It's fast, reliable, and performs smoothly even on slower connections, with a simple interface that doesn't require much setup.

Fast, lightweight remote access that just works for day-to-day client support
What do you like best about AnyDesk?
I use AnyDesk daily to remote into client machines—mostly to troubleshoot issues with the software and products our company builds, set up Meta ad campaigns for clients who aren’t comfortable doing it themselves, and install new software on their systems. For that kind of hands-on support work, it’s been consistently reliable.
What do you dislike about AnyDesk?
Recommendations to others considering AnyDesk?
What I like most is how lightweight it is. The app is a tiny download and it launches almost instantly, so when a client is stuck and needs quick help, I can send them the link, they run it, read me the code, and I’m on their screen in under a minute. There’s no long install process and no account setup required on their end, which makes a big difference when the person on the other side isn’t very technical.
