Agiled makes business management easy

What do you like best about Agiled?

Agiled is truly a one-in-all platform for business needs. I don't use all the features but what makes it so powerful is the ability to manage my projects/CRM and send invoices/contracts all from the same source. The best part about the app: it's easy to use.

What do you dislike about Agiled?

Agiled has improved a lot since I first started using it but I still have problems setting up integrations from time to time. It can be frustrating but their customer service is fast at resolving issues.

What problems is Agiled solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can handle all my business needs on the platform.

What do you like best about Agiled?

Overall this is an excellent tool for marketers, agencies, startup founders, and business owners who want to run high-performing teams with a fraction of the time and cost of other tools. The platform is a Swiss knife for business management. I love the white-label feature and the flexibility for integrations with other software. Also that is multilanguage, this helps me a lot with my international clients.

What do you dislike about Agiled?

I particularly would like to have a little more room to manage physical products; their current features are limited for this purpose. I hope they expand these later on.

Recommendations to others considering Agiled?

Some bugs here and there that I'm sure the team will crash.

What problems is Agiled solving and how is that benefiting you?

-The platform helped me to consolidate most of my business processes under the same umbrella. There is room for my team and my clients to participate in projects; the communication is fluid and straight to the point.

What do you like best about Agiled?

Excellent crm system for customer and project management. Very flexible, developers are constantly working on it and adding advanced functionality. Very fast work.

What do you dislike about Agiled?

I did not find obvious problems with the service. There are still small only inconveniences, such as a crooked translation into other languages, but I am sure that this will soon be very corrected.

What problems is Agiled solving and how is that benefiting you?

I keep all information about projects in one place. The client portal helps me a lot with this. Full control over billing and team work.

The Product is well thought and would enable any small business or professional firm. I used it as an alternate to more expensive options and found it completely aligned to my needs. The key selling points are whitelable, fully customizable and immensely supportive and responsive team

What do you like best about Agiled?

Ease of use, quite intuitive to figure out and input information - lots of aspects of business covered for operating an entire business.

What do you dislike about Agiled?

I haven't found anything major yet except maybe how much there is to learn and figure how to maximize, which is not a bad thing because every software requires a learning curve. There are a few areas still in development.

Recommendations to others considering Agiled?

They have a free demo period. I knew an hour of testing it that it was easier to use and set up than what I had been using. I checked out Agiled roadmap and YouTube to see how much progress occurred and the future plans, all of which were positive. Reviews were good too.

What problems is Agiled solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tracking the various aspects of running a business and having most of it in one application that works together is awesome. I used to run multiple platforms and they all have different ideas of how to work. Having it all one platform means they all operate with the same philosophy and UX style. Some aspects are not really deep (ie accounting but I only need simple accounting processes, so it's fine.) Having Wikis and forms and ticketing is really beneficial.

What do you like best about Agiled?

Agile has everything and more for me to manage my small business. It has saved me so much time and cost not having multiple applications or subscriptions. For me, support is the most important decision when choosing an application. These guys are AWESOME, and their responses are very timely.
