What do you like best about Accurate Background?Having an all in one platform to order backgrounds and drug testing. Website is easy to use. Billing is comprehensive enough to fit our needs.What do you dislike about Accurate Background?Occasional glitches in the system, i.e. a drug screen is not scheduled for a candidate when they do not schedule it for themselves. These are generally one offs, but can cause delays on our end. Pricing seems high.What problems is Accurate Background solving and how is that benefiting you?Accurate is helping us clear candidates so they can begin working. This helps us staff our properties quickly and efficiently.

What do you like best about Accurate Background?Armida is always very helpful and responsive.What do you dislike about Accurate Background?Sometimes the results take too long to come back and when I ask to expedite I get the "We are at the mercy of the courts" response.What problems is Accurate Background solving and how is that benefiting you?I wouldn't say AB "solves problems" but it takes care of one of many contingencies I have to clear for my new hires.

I know at one point it was taking a long time for background checks to be completed because of the courts system, but our representative informed us of the issues and kept us updated and we were good with that.

What do you like best about Accurate Background?I like that our Account Manager (Abby) is responsive with our needs, shares updates that may impact our organization and is a great collaborative partner.What do you dislike about Accurate Background?Sometimes the customer service department may not always understand the ask so we sometimes have to repeat ourselves.What problems is Accurate Background solving and how is that benefiting you?It's been a while, but when we were having issues with scheduling drug screens for candidates, Abby suggested using the self-scheduling model. Since implementing this model, we have had better results with the timeliness of the candidate scheduling.

What do you like best about Accurate Background?I like that the Accurate representatives are easy to reach.What do you dislike about Accurate Background?The inaccuracies that are reported at times can a little tricky.What problems is Accurate Background solving and how is that benefiting you?The background checks, they take the hard job off the recruiters as they are the ones that do all the check and verifications.

What do you like best about Accurate Background?I use Accurate Background for pre-employment screening and post-accident processes. I like how in-depth it is and how easy it is to share results with coworkers or look up orders. It makes it easy to place orders and see test results. I can go into Accurate and look things up quickly, which makes my day-to-day job easier.What do you dislike about Accurate Background?I find ordering new tests not always intuitive. It can sometimes be difficult to determine which tests need to be ordered and where to schedule them to.What problems is Accurate Background solving and how is that benefiting you?I use Accurate Background for pre-employment screening and post-accident processes. What do you like best about Accurate Background?I think Accurate Background is a wonderful partner in the background and consumer report industry. The turnaround time is magnificent, and they are very flexible in customizing their process and workflow to meet our needs and the needs of our customers. My account manager, Abby Potts, is amazing, super helpful, super responsive, and simply the best. The uptime is always reliable, with no system issues, which makes things easy for us. Even though the initial setup was extensive due to integration through their API, our account manager made it easy to understand all along the way.What do you dislike about Accurate Background?The web presence is a bit dated. They do provide order detail but don't have flexibility to export the details shown on the screen which is readily available data. Also the reporting features are limited and could be improved, with the ability to build order details, filter, and summarize what I want to see.What problems is Accurate Background solving and how is that benefiting you?Accurate Background significantly improves our turnaround time, reliably fulfills requests with great uptime, and integrates flexibly to meet both our and our customers' needs. Their team, especially Abby Potts, greatly supports us with responsiveness and assistance during setup and ongoing operations.

What do you like best about Accurate Background?I don't use the accurate background system on a regular basis, I am primarily responsible for addressing systemwide needs based on CSU system policy and procedures. I am not able to speak to the system's features, but I understand that the integration with our applicant tracking system, PageUp, is well liked by our campus users.What do you dislike about Accurate Background?I don't use the accurate background system, so I would not be able to speak to the system features or deficiencies.What problems is Accurate Background solving and how is that benefiting you?We are currently working with Accurate to standardize practices across our organization. For many years, each CSU campus has had their own practices, we are now working with our Accurate account manager to identify best standard practices to ensure consistency and reduce confusion.
