Aboard is a meeting facilitator software that helps the participants to be involved, focus on the agenda, lead the discussions further, manage your time and keep taking notes. With this software, the managers can organize meetings with multiple members efficiently in just a few clicks. The users can perform a lot of actions such as add points to the agenda, allot action points, share important files, take crucial decisions, take down notes while attending meetings or conferences and park items. This software comes with a feature allowing you to assign action points and send notifications regarding specific tasks that are at the top of the priority list. Aboard allows you to review your docs with your participants, receive your personal access points via email or get them added in your To-do list directly (in this case with Todoist). The platform allows you to generate your meeting minutes in a single click and also enables you to share your action points. Additionally, Aboard allows team members to communicate seamlessly using the app’s voice message and chatting service.
