The call quality is really top notch with this software. It makes for easy screensharing and seeing who you’re having a conversation with.

Sometimes the person I’ve had a call scheduled with has had a hard time joining the call due to browser requirements. I wish there was some improvement on this end, perhaps letting people know once they’ve scheduled to double check their browser will work.

We use this for our daily meeting and Video conference calling with our clients and teammates sitting in a different part of the world.

This very easy to use and more user-friendly application.

Till now we didn't fond anything that we don't like about this application.

For the costs aspect, 24sessions is very friendly and affordable.

Again, there is no need for physical meetings, since the software helps in holding virtual meetings.

Furthermore, one can also share files with 24sessions.

I don't get along with 24sessions user design. In my view, I find it somehow old, and this calls for some updates. The developer is quite keen to listen to our complaints, and therefore, we wish something should be done.

I honestly prefer it to Skype

So easy to use with great recording and video quality

Also you can record and save videos for future use,

Offers you the option of scheduling a video chat with extras like feedback after each meeting

The customer service is exceptional ,they get back to you immediately

It Allows people to book you via your personal form

I can auto schedule meetings,set alarms and do instant meetings

It needs iCal/i cloud- the ability to save meetings from peoples phones

Android users have to install apps

Mobile apps don't meet desktop experience

Meeting code sent to visitors via email needs to be better highlighted or stand out, sometimes users miss it

I like how both attendees don't have to be on the camera at the same time and anyone can join at any time.

I think that the site could be more updated but that doesn't effect the site and how the site runs.

I like dashboard, settings and very easy making coaching calls.

24 Sessions is a web and mobile app that let's me connect with my customers and use high level video technology to do so. I can brand this app with my logo, which gives me a superior looking brand. 24 Sessions continues to push the envelope by always updating the product and listening to its users for feedback.

Number one, the only thing I would like and it might be there now is a custom redirect after call the is booked. Number two is a way to take payments from within the mobile app. Other than these two

missing features, the mobile app is great.

It's really quite a nice solution to my problem of finding a common platform to use for video calls or international voice calls. You can chat with up to six people at once.

The biggest negative is that I haven't had a call yet where there wasn't some sort of connectivity issue or confusion by the client.

24Sessions is very easy to set up; it integrates with my Google Calendar, the video quality is superb, which is pretty significant especially when sharing a screen to show my students how I edit my photos. They need to be able to see the tiniest adjustments. I haven't experienced any lag. It's great to be able to record and ask for instant feedback after the session. Love that my coaching clients and photography students don't have to install any software to use it. Oh, and, did mention it looks fantastic as well, branded and all?

I hope to see the recording option in Safari, my preferred browser, but I can live with using Chrome.

What I like the best about 24sessions, is bundling multiple tools into one. Instead of using a scheduling tool, Skype and manual emailing, I can do it all with 24sessions.

The fact that there's no RSVP button in emails sent out to contacts.
