I had some large files in cold storage…

I had some large files in cold storage from several years ago, which I couldn't restore via a browser (daily size limit applies). However, Zoolz guieded me through using the local restore app and that worked really well, thanks guys!

Wonderful customer support

4TB backup for only €100 a year

Today my harddisk broke and all my files were lost.

It's very easy to restore everything;
1. get a new drive
2. select restore data
3. select the data
4. push restore.

The only thing is you have to wait 3-12 hours before the files are recovered; but for 100€ a year, i don't mind.

(the only thing i'm missing is the function "view the directory's as they were on a specific date")

but 5 stars more than worth!

I was unclear on how to find my photos and documents online on my laptop instead of my phone (if my phone was lost). I wrote to customer service and they responded with 24 hours with the exact answer I needed. I a very happy with their customer service.
