The support team members were very kind. They were very clear were their explanations. They were patient as I continued to fix the issue on my end. They were always ready with an answer or explanation to my issues.

Nothing about it that I disliked! Everything seems to be running smoothly.

Our payments didn't seem to add up. They explained to me how the "Payouts" and "Invoices" worked, clearly explaining all that was involved with both parties.

I have had a few Tariff providers over the years. I have to say that since joining up with Zonos, things have been pretty smooth and easy.

Zonos turnaround time is absolutely amazing.

I have yet encountered a moment od dislike.

The app makes it easy to search for harmonized codes for items and makes it easier to provide necessary customs paperwork.

A great tool for international ecommerce sellers

The app provides customs duties/tax information in advance to our e-commerce customers.

For a small business that was expanding into the world of international shipping, Zonos checked all the boxes. It is easy to use, gave accurate results, and the customer service has been amazing. We can't thank Taylor and his team enough for all the help and support.

There is really nothing to complain about. I wish the customs agents would be a little more accurate in their end to make sure that the quote from Zonos and what is billed is 100% accurate. There is nothing Zonos can do about this though, just one of the quirks of international shipping.

Getting the cost of customs duties/taxes/fees. Before Zonos, we were flying blind and trying to guess based on past shipments. With Zonos, we have been able to dial those costs and give our customers a more accurate quote.

The fees are quite high. Wish it was a flat rate system.

I selected Zonos for its ability to seamlessly prepare, display, and execute on a total landed cost solution for my international customers - it automatically calculates duty/taxes based on origin and destination, plus delivers shipping options/flat rates where I need them. Once set up - it's great!

Nothing, really. I found a few quirks here and there during implementation, but the team was quick and responsive in getting me squared away.

Global shipping from 3 different warehouses to all points - taxes, duty, carriers, SLAs all different in each area/situation - Zonos accommodates all these permutations and needs.

As we were looking to expand our ecommerce footprint to include the world, we were recommended Zonos (formerly iGlobal) from our shipping partner. They had all of the features we were looking for, shipping quotes, taxes and duties, local currencies, and the most important for us, fraud protection to help vet an online order, giving us the confidence in a "ship" or "don't ship" scenario after they review orders. With a very high percentage of passing orders, this proved to be a great addition to our online ecommerce site, in effect opening up the world.

Direct plug in to Magento made the installation a snap, and their team took time to understand our business and make setup and installation a snap.

Zonos support team is extremely engaged, both on the technical support side, as well as their customer agent side helping to ensure all ecommerce transactions are handled smoothly and efficiently, and extremely responsive to support requests.

We have requested some additional features, such as gathering abandoned shopping cart information and customer information for orders not completed, and working with their team to see what options may be available moving forward. Zonos has always been interested in our needs and accommodating to any feature requests we've inquired about. In short, they care and have a genuine interest in being a better product consistently.

Zonos provides:

- Accurate on demand quoting of shipping rates, taxes and duties to the end consumer - Delivering a landed cost on the fly, establishing confidence for our customers.

- Fraud protection from foreign countries, allowing us to have confidence in getting the nod to ship the order, if fraud is present in a chargeback, they cover the charges in the event of that chargeback being lost.

- Verifies international billing orders even if they are shipping within the US, able to follow our shipping rules (free shipping over X, etc. )

- Ability to upcharge or adjust pricing of shipping costs, by country. Able to restrict or change shipping carriers by a wide variety of options, countries, etc.

- Seamless integration with our Magento eCommerce installation.

- Outstanding technical and customer support services.

The integration in to our website is outstanding but the quick, attentive and caring customer service has been outstanding. From on boarding to installation to ongoing check ins really is second to none.

Zonos has opened up the world to our business and we are seeing the benefits on our bottom line.

Would like to receive our funds from sales more promptly.

As a Canadian based business our market relative to the rest of the world is small. With Zonos we have greatly increased our market size potential, reduced complexity with "global" customers and currency exchanges.

Zonos takes the in office load off of international e-commerce.

No complaints whatsoever. We are still in the learning curve, but every issue is resolved quickly.

Definately frees up time spent on international orders closings, translation of currencies, duties, taxes etc...
