What do you like best about Zoho Projects?Zoho has everything you need, like an inbuilt communication app, email, everything. It's more like another Microsoft, and also has better pricing for Asian countries. We tried ClickUp, Microsoft everything but way more expensive for Sri Lanka, and the customer support is instant, and the performance is also good, has all the customizations we need.What do you dislike about Zoho Projects?The Zoho projects take a little bit of time to loadWhat problems is Zoho Projects solving and how is that benefiting you?Managing the team, efficient and cost-effective

What do you like best about Zoho Projects?What I like best about Zoho Projects is its flexibility and ease of use. It helps me keep projects organized with clear task structures, timelines, and collaboration features, while requiring minimal administration. I also like that it can support both simple internal initiatives and more complex client projects within the same platform.What do you dislike about Zoho Projects?At first, it feels a bit too complicated to use. I also think the design could be improved a little.What problems is Zoho Projects solving and how is that benefiting you?Zoho Projects solves the challenge of keeping tasks, deadlines, and responsibilities organized in one place. It gives me better visibility into project progress, improves team collaboration, and helps ensure that important activities are completed on time with less manual follow-up.

What do you like best about Zoho Projects?I really like the module customization in Zoho Projects because it allows us to create our own custom modules to fit our business needs. This flexibility has helped us a lot. I also appreciate the blueprints feature, where we can create specific processes for each module, helping us at the operational level. The automation based on these blueprints ensures that when a task is completed, our clients receive updates automatically, reducing our need to follow up manually.What do you dislike about Zoho Projects?Maybe on the Teams and Teams spaces, it would be better if we could create multiple workspaces or teams inside the same Zoho Projects. The initial setups were not pretty much easy. We had to go through a few times of back and forth to set the entire setup. It took some time.What problems is Zoho Projects solving and how is that benefiting you?Zoho Projects resolved our clutter in balancing internal and freelance teams, keeping client projects on time. The module customization and blueprints help streamline operations and client communication, reducing follow-up hassle.
