What do you like best about Zixflow?

We reached out to Zixflow's support staff a few times and each time they were friendly and helped us get used to the software.

What do you dislike about Zixflow?

Setting up campaign accounts was challenging for us but Shabana had a meeting with us and walked us through each step of the process.

What problems is Zixflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have had our teams stuck in a process due to technical problems in the past. However, this is not the case with Zixflow. They connected with us and took care of issues promptly.

Zixflow helped us enrich our data with verified email addresses and custom AI fields.

What do you dislike about Zixflow?

The email finder and validation sometimes don’t work or find invalid email addresses.

Our sales team used to find prospect’s contact information by searching their LinkedIn profiles or looking through the online directories. But now, we don’t have to waste our time doing that because of Zixflow.

Zixflow’s pay-per-use wallet allowed us to run multichannel outreach and promotional campaigns without monthly subscriptions.

What do you dislike about Zixflow?

Setting up our marketing accounts and APIs was time-consuming. The documentation and help center did help a lot though.

The email finder cannot find the email address sometimes.

A reliable tool for managing your customer service

What do you like best about Zixflow?

I like the UX and UI of the platform (very intuitive) and also the possibilities I have. Many features help you differentiate your customers' needs and you can then customize your offers.
