The app comes with various features, but I really like that this application is helping me for the strict monitoring of labor law compliance. I can easily set unique and particular labor law requirements that we need to comply with every step of the way. Once Setup is done, Zip Clock automatically run through all processes and protocols over such labor law provisions.

Difficult to learn and get use to this application in the beginning. Always need a proper training to get going.

Zip Clock automatically send warnings, alarms, and notifications if any employee is about to or is already doing an labor law violation. This was not possible before using this app and was a huge challenge.

The best part about Zip Clock is that it eliminates the issue of “buddy punching”. Only employees can clock in and out for themselves, keeping them accountable for their own time punches. Also, for employees having multiple roles, job codes prevent them from clocking in to a position that they were not scheduled for. This app also visually reminds employees when to take a break and when they need to clock out. Best App I have used so far.

Nothing as I can mention so far. Everything about this application is great.

It keeps the track of employee's device used for Clock In and Clock Out. Real time cloud based application can be accessed from anywhere and with any device.

We are able to maintain an audit trail of employee punches and edits for our business. Zip Clock provides us complete audit trail to dive into everything about employee time clocking. We can check now the employees those are coming in consistently late and give us the ability to take action. We can also check which employees are doing well with their time management and also reward them. For upper management the audit trail allows us to also ensure that managers are not abusing their privileges to edit punches for the employees.

Zip Clock does not offer much scope for customization in its reporting or dashboard features, which might limit its usability for some businesses.
