It would be very important to develop reporting capabilities in Zello and provide the option to download reports. Additionally, it would be highly beneficial if the desktop app could save conversations for a longer period of time

The savings over traditional cell phones is enormous. The call recording will save your company in terms of compliance issues and employee instruction. No more Employees saying, "you never told me that
or "You did not tell me to take my break" The recordings are always there to resolve these issues.
I had difficulty setting up channels; the support team had to help me.
It records the conversations between drivers and managers; this has been a great tool. We have a lot of Laws in CA about lunch breaks, and when they are taken, Zello records the dispatcher telling the driver to clock out for a break. We have had drivers come back and say they were not instructed to take a break within the legal time, but we can prove they were instructed using the zello recordings.

It would be excellent to block users from entering the user status section or allow this section to be modified only on the console.
We use one device instead of multiple devices.
Zello is easy to use for both drivers and operations staff. I introduced Zello to our company, Lovatt Transport, looking for an alternative to our outdated two-way system. Setting up Zello on drivers tablets eliminated having to physically mount two-ways in all the vehicles, which were expensive and unreliable.
Since we changed from traditional two-way to Zello, the operations office is much more peaceful. This is because each operator has the system on their computer rather than a central two-way base station that everyone needs to hear. Communication with drivers has improved immensely.
The best thing about Zello is there is little to no downtime or communication issues with the drivers.
I don't think i could ever go back to a traditional two-way system.
I cannot think of any downsides to using Zello.
It is pretty much 'set and forget'.
The backup from Zello when there is an issue is excellent.

There are minor improvements that could be made to the Dispatch Hub, but Zello had their product team reach out to get my suggestions. What more could you ask for?
