I like that the commands are very straight forward and easy to find. Additionally, I like the overall look and layout of the program for helping to train new employees.

I dislike the time it takes for the software to launch.

Yourcegid is a great program for all businesses. The program is efficient and east to navigate. Furthermore, the support for any tech issues associated with this software is outstanding.

Cegid is great to use when the internet connection is faulty. There is a standalone mode that helps during these times and continues business as usual.

Adaptability, easy to deploy, access security, save the business with a standalone mode when you have a problem with the network. Can manage group of stores for merchandise exchanges. This is a full solution including an ETL to facilitate the transfers with the ERP.

The reports to complex to understand and manipulate.

I like how it provides a central platform for all the inventory and POS options in a user-friendly manner. Easier to find, store data management, and ,manage pricings and other promotions.

Some of the options are hard to find but they become easier after using it for a while and exploring the software. However, it would have been easier to find all the relevant options together.

We are storing our data, managing pricing, and dealing with the inventory list at a one centralized place.

Straightforward navigation between different sections of CEGID and intuitive menus that make completing tasks simple.

Using TXT file uploads requires extra focus to ensure that formatting is correct but once this is understood it tends to not be an issue

There are always inventory problems with cegid. If keeping accurate count of your product is important do not use cegid

It is fairly easy to adjust inventories as needed

Can't think of anything that I like about it.

Fields are given unclear names, system is slow, unreliable, difficult user interface.

Avoid! Very un-intuitive and unreliable.

This is the software we use to power our POS systems in-store

The system would constantly crash during sales and take forever to reload back up. Also not a lot of reporting that could be found. Need more English language.

It’s a French system, so most of the time it would shut off and we couldn’t even understand why..the system would crash and there’s no easy way to input sales

Find another system unless you are fluent in french

The commission reports are good, but they need to put a lock on for management only
